INTRODUCTION
In this report I am going to discuss about my ideal job which is Poker Room Manager.
Poker room which is a dedicated slot for poker in casinos. Poker room manager is person in-
charge of the whole shebang. I have found job of poker room supervisor from indeed which is a
job portal.
Ideal Job
Poker room manager is my ideal job and in this job I am supposed be in charge of the
poker room in the casino. To do this hob I have started from poker room supervisor which is a
junior position than poker room manager (Vines and Linders, 2016). Manager of a poker room is
supposed to keep everybody happy in which people included are players, dealers and bosses in
casino management structure. Manager of poker room is responsible for scheduling, training, and
disciplining employees. Security and accounting procedure and keeping the house book up to
date is also work of manager of poker room along with there are some other responsibilities that
poker room manager have to undertake.
In was interested in this job from my childhood reason is that one of my known person was
poker room manager and from that person I get to know many things which attracted me and
generated interest in me for becoming a poker room manager. While growing up I get to know
more about this job and responsibilities attached with it I believed that I am able to perform all
these responsibilities (Lam, 2019). Other important aspect for interest in this job is that this job
gives good financial incentives including salary and bonuses which attract me for this job as
well.

Every company is not on social media which is why I cannot apply from Facebook if I

CONCLUSION
On the basis of this report it can be concluded that in charge of a specific area in a casino
which is known as poker room is poker room manager which is my ideal job. For this job a job
description have been included in this report. Later what resources can help me find my ideal job
