Digital trends is referred to as technology such as information website, lifestyle, news,
podcasts, consumer electronic products, artificial intelligence, social media networks, influencer
marketing, chatbots, etc. in turn are considered to be as the key factors which in turn largely
influences the current market trend. This study will highlight on identifying digital application
for effective communication. This study will determine the relevant operational plan and also
examine the proposed storage, creation and retrieval of the digital information. The Woolworths
Group is one of the largest Australian retail company which was founded in the year 1924 by
Percy Christmas, Stanley Chatterton, Cecil Scott Waine, George Creed and Ernest Williams.
This company is headquartered in BellaVista, New South Wales, Australia. This company tends
to distribute in various divisions which mainly incudes supermarkets, liquor, general
merchandise, hotels and gambling and finance.

Social media platform tends to as one of the most effective communication trend which
in turn helps in sharing idea, career interest, information with the help of virtual network. There
are various set of social media platforms which in turn includes WhatsApp, Pinterest, Snapchat,
Instagram, Google+, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Tumblr, LinkedIn, etc. social media
functionality are available at mobile devices, tablets, etc.
Social media platform in turn is considered to be one of the most crucial tool for the
business marketing strategy. These platforms in turn is considered to be very useful for the
business to create awareness about the specific business. It also helps in connecting with more
number of customers by effectively increasing lead.

analyse that the regulations are complied by the business. The digital technologies will help it to
have effective communication techniques. Company will be procuring new intellectual property
that have good knowledge about the concepts of digital technology. Social medial platform will
be providing the base where company can promote its products. A company will be requiring to
ensure that the social platforms are utilized effectively. Company is required will be promoting
its business using the platforms like Facebook, Instagram and twitter. They will be monitored
closely by business to ensure that all the recent trends and updates are given to customer. This
will be building effective communication channel between consumers and the company. For
responding the grievances of customers company will be hiring new employees. All the social
media platforms will be used for promoting the products.

b) The sources used for the research analysts are reliable. Books published by authorised authors
are taken by the management. Books are related to the digitalisation and information is taken
specifically related to the social media platform. The journals are also used for having the recent
updates in the sector. All the journals used are of professors of recognised professional
institutes. The resources are used ethically and information have not been copied from other
research.
c) To store the research data analysts can use various sources. The research project can be stored
in word document. It can also be stored in power point presentation. Storing data in both formats
will prevent loss of data. For further security research project will be stored on the online drive.
Researcher will be keeping both soft copy and hard copy of the research data. The research
project will be saved in pen drive and hard copy will be saved at research office. Saving data
mainly at the drive and research folder in computer of researcher.
d) For keeping the data in line with the digital trends researcher will be studying the recent trends
ongoing with the digital trends. Strategies will enable the company to keep the data updated.
Researcher will be continuously updating the research data so that it is applied in workplace
considering all the recent updates in the application software. This will help to ensure that the
company is reaching its effectiveness.

From the above carried out study it has been concluded that, collaborating activities and
enhancing communication of the team members within the organization with the use of social
media platforms and integration of advanced software into the system in turn eventually leads to
better performance and productivity for the business. This study also refers to the relevant
operational plan and proposed application plan in turn is useful in creating, storing and retrieving
the digital information. Furthermore, this study will also reflect on the process undertaken in
order to effectively determine the digital information needs.
