Entrepreneur considered as an individual who generally thinks innovative and
formulates new ideas in order to run business successfully and bear risk most of the
time towards achievement of business. Thus, an entrepreneur plays crucial role within
every economy system and influence others positively. This assignment is based on
Tree Café business with the purpose of having innovative item such as Roosted Nuts
Coffee for satisfying customer’s needs.

Gap analysis for identifying specific
entrepreneurial idea
Tree Café making planning to have Roosted nut coffee with the purpose of
using innovative ideas to satisfy consumer’s needs and wants. On the other
side, respective café is going to finish survey before offering their services
at marketplace. For this, respective café has been taken 30 respondents for
making its questionnaire by which they can get to know about consumer’s
preference and taste at marketplace.

According to the above mentioned questionnaire it has been
recommended to this Tree Café is to they should bring more
innovations within their product and services. By bringing this
kind of innovations they can achieve their predetermined goals
and objectives together they are able to make their business
attractive in a perfect way.

Conclusion
According to the above mentioned assignment it has been concluded that
identifying entrepreneurial opportunities is the most essential part for every
entrepreneur to achieve business goals and objectives in a perfect manner. With the
help of this, they can give better job opportunities to people within the economy
and make successful goals effectively
