The rationale behind choosing this business idea is that restaurants and hotels have high demands and the overall hospitality industry is growing on rapid pace(Ćirić, Lalić and Gračanin, 2016). The food and beverage industry is innovative and unique, and the unique restaurant concept can be considered as the best start-up idea. Starting up restaurant that have unique and new food items and cocktail drinks can get many benefits and opportunities for the entrepreneurs and thus, this idea has been chosen.
