skills in handling people. He aspires to become a computer support specialist where he could

Based on the personal profile and career vision of Mr. Thomas, three occupational areas
have been identified as best suited for him. These include:
Computer user support technician
The duties include providing numerous repair and maintenance services for personal

The calls were made during the office hours to make sure that there was someone to
invest some time into answering the questions.
NTT Data Canada, Inc. – Leslie Gordon, who is the senior manager at Sierra System, a
unit under NTT Data picked up the call. She politely and patiently provided answers to all the
questions that were asked.
The company mainly provides cloud solutions that include cloud migration, streamlining
business processes and upgrade old infrastructure. The business is vast with branches in 50
countries and regions including Canada. It is headquartered at Tokyo. The Canada branch has
more than 500 IT professionals working at the different units. The standard salary range is from
$30,000 to $35,000. The company provides all the facilities for the disabled people to work
without any worry.
DP World Canada, Inc. - Mrs. Mendy Theodore was contacted, who is the unit manager
at DP. The company is relatively new and hence, not much information could be found apart
from that the company has a few branches in across Canada and is planning to expand. The
salary range provided is from 15,000 to $20,000. The company uses computer operator,
computer support personnel as some of the keywords for job advertisements.

The accounting technician job is suitable because it could be done without visiting the
