Then it shows many challenges of globalization andrecommended ways to overcome the challenges as well.MAIN BODYGlobalizationGlobalization is the process of interaction and integration among many people andcompanies at worldwide. Further, it is the result of the opening up of global economy andaccompanying increases the trade between nations (Beck, 2018). Further, it also means that thecountries which liberalize their import protocols and welcome the foreign investment into sectorsthat are further, mainstays of its economies as well. In the same way, CAMECO also wants toexpand its business into Mozambique, Canada, Gabon and Australia through globalization andthrough this, the company is able to reach with global market and can increases its sales as well. Driving factors of globalizationThere are different factor that also drive global commerce and trade, some of them are asmentioned below:Cost and market: it is one of the most important driver of globalization such that if thecost of the products are high, then it affect the business of CAMECO and as a result, italso affect the market as well (Samiee, 2019). Further, as the quoted firm is consider oneof the most fast growing energy and chemical company and thus if the prices of itsproducts are raise then it affect the business in negative way and its market share is alsodecline. Economies of scale: it has been realized that globalization enables large companies torealize economies of scale which reduces the cost and prices and then it turns supportsfurther economic growth as well. On the other side, it damages many small business whoattempting to compete domestically. 1
