Impact of Auto Body shop on the Society and the environment
This essay is intended to focus on the adverse impact that the Auto Body Shop have on
the environment and the society. The chemical compositions used by the Body have appeared to
be very hazardous. The work involves the exposure to the solvents paints asbestos dusts
synthetic plastic dusts lubricant or greases detergent with cleaners.
The Auto Body, uses and also produces the substances and over the other chemicals.
These chemicals have a affect on the people and the environment and thereby affects the
sustainability of the environment. These have a huge impact and affect on the human health and
the environment (Heagney, 2016).The substances and chemicals which are produced by Auto
Body are carbon tetrachloride and Chloroform
The Country has attempted to take action against the company so as to prevent the
industries in poor and the minority communities. Various strategies are included and those which
will reduce the use of the release of the twenty five priority substances. Strategies include that
reduction may also reduce the use and release of other chemicals in the Auto Body Shop and that
have an adverse affect on the health of the environment (Kendrick, 2015). This is the Greening
Resource for Auto Body and Auto Refinishing Sector and it will help the people to understand
the chemicals and that will help in the reduction to reduce or eliminate their use (Wilson, 2014).
Stakeholder analysis for Auto Body Shop
1. Image and Promotion- Stakeholders who are representing this industry have negative
impact and analysis for the customers.

2. Diversity in the Workplace –The Stakeholders were aware that the retention was not
critical. They could improve the condition that a pipeline shows up for the demographic
make-up of the workforce
3. Training and Education- The organization have taken part and given their skills and
presented that that the new employees. The attention shall be given so that the employee
and the workforce is focused on the development and of standardized curriculum which
gives importance of industry-based certification and for training program (Epstein &
Buhovac, 2014).
4. The High Growth Job Training Initiative Process in the Automotive Industry- They get
extensive training so that the technician comes out of the mechanical repair of a high
technology job. These days the integrated electronic system is very complex and they run
the vehicles, which measures their performance when it is on the road.
