Impact of Sustainable Human Resource Management in Hotels

This research project is titled on Impact of critical success factors of sustainable human resource management in hotels. The purpose of the research is to identify the impact of critical success factors of sustainable human resource management on both internal and external organizational environment. To focus on human resources management of hotel organization, study particularly emphasizes on the impact of leadership in internal organizational environment and the impact of recruitment selection as the HRM practice on external organizational environment.
