Aims and objectives ο΄To identify various issue of customer relating to quality of service ο΄To determine the business performance of Nero coffee ο΄To understand the relationship between customer satisfaction and business performance. ο΄Provide recommendation for further improvement.
Methodology of data collection ο΄Random sampling method is to be used. ο΄This is a descriptive research which can provide solution of various issues. ο΄For primary data questionnaire survey is to be used (20 customers ) ο΄The secondary sources such as news articles, web sites, government data and other sources.
