◦ In addition to this, Ms-Excel software would be used for calculating the gathered
information in less time.
◦ This software would be used to present the data in a meaningful manner through bar
chart, pie chart, and column diagram (Walliman, 2017).

PROJECT IMPLICATIONS
◦This project would be beneficial for Futoria home solutions to
understand its market position in the furniture industry.
◦It would be also beneficial for other furniture companies to
comprehend the impact of delayed product delivery, service and
installation, lack of customized products and limited outlets on a
company.
◦It would be also significant readers to understand the aspect of
consumer satisfaction provided by organizations (Meyer & Peng,
2016).
