IT tools help in effective growthand development of an organisation (Baller, Dutta and Lanvin, 2016). This helps in a better risein compatibility and meeting of targeted goals and objectives that supports an effective rise inbusiness efficiency and thus facilitates a significant rise in effectiveness and efficiency oforganisation that will lead to rise in its customer satisfaction and ability of running differentbusiness activities whichwill support a good increase in execution of business activitiesthat helpin suitable increase in effectiveness of company to execute business activities and meeting oftargeted goals and activities. Besides this, digital tools and techniques have helped to connectwith its customers in much effective and significant manner, which will support a rise in businessfunctions whichwill lead toan improvementin customers’ needs and demands and come upwith innovative products and services that help in rise in business activities and actions that arefollowed by firm.
