1. INTRODUCTION
As we all know that there is great impact of the digitalization at the time of pandemic
which helps to have smooth functioning in the market. This helps to have increase in the
connectivity, improves the financial inclusion and have better public services. The current
research is based on Tesco which is the multinational grocery store in the markets of UK. The
current report will include the aims and objectives, research design and discussion on the
research. Further this will also include the literature review that helps to know more about the
research topic. This make to have better research in the market by having views of different
authors. As it is very important for the company to have the digital skills as this helps to
streamline the working processes.

To analyse the impact of digitalization at the time of pandemic on the retail sector.
Aim:
To evaluate the impact of digitalization on the retail sector during the time COVID-19. A
study on Tesco.

There are several methods that helps the researcher to have the valid research on selected
topic. By this the researcher used to gain the better knowledge about the impact of digitalization
in the organization (Busetto, Wick and Gumbinger, 2020). There are several research methods
