The following paper deals with the discussion on the impact of globalization on the third-
world countries of the world. The paper opens with a discussion on the concept of the
globalization and proceeds to discuss the various advantages and disadvantages of the
implementation of globalization within the various organizations present all over the world. The
paper nears a conclusion with the discussion on the various impacts of globalization on the
development of the economic, political and the social activities that are undertaken by the
concerned state.
Globalization and its concept
The process off globalization refers to the various processes that help in the development
of the interpersonal interaction as well as the integration among the people, the countries as well
as the plethora of the governmental bodies that are active and present all over the world. The
globalization processes further refer to the capitalist expansions that ensure the integration of the
multitude of economies active all over the world into an economy market that is global and
unregulated (Çevik 2018). The improvement of the communication technologies and the
transport methods have led to the growth of the concept of globalization at an enormous scale.
The concept of globalization refers to the processes that help in the integration and the
establishment of the various relationships across the territorial boundaries of the nations. The
globalization that is to be maintained within the international markets tend to take into account
the relationships that are to be built on the cultural, economic, political and the social activities
that are maintained within the organizations that are active all over the globe (Hirst, Thompson
and Bromley 2015). The major aim of the concept of globalization refers to the transcendence of

the homogeneity within the theories pertaining to the socio-economics and politics all over the
globe.
Advantages of globalization
The implementation of globalization has proven to be advantageous to the overall
development of the global economy. The implementation of the globalization within a given
market helps in the increase in the opportunities for the employment within the area. This in turn
helps in the improvement of the economic conditions within the given country (Ozer and
Schwartz 2016). In the present condition, it is observed that the technology giants like Microsoft
and Google are observed to have their establishments at the various third world countries as well.
This in turn helps in increasing the job prospects for the youth of the country thereby leading to
the improvement in the economy of the country as well. The other major advantage of the
globalization refers to the benefits that the activity offers in terms of the education. The
implementation of globalization all across the world also facilitates the concerned students to
travel from one country to the other in order to gather knowledge on a particular subject. This in
turn would facilitate the exchange of the cultural factors (Bretos and Marcuello 2017). The
various third-world countries tend to lack on the proper infrastructure that is required for the
higher education of the youth within the concerned market as well.
Disadvantages of globalization
The activity of globalization has major disadvantages as well. The major disadvantage of
globalization refers to the degradation of the environmental factors that are maintained within the
given organization. The implementation of the globalization within the various economies within
the world might lead to the adaptation of the unfair means by the companies that belong to the
