INTRODUCTION
 Sustainable development is a debated
matter that has impact on increasing
pressure to develop practices for
environment friendly in organizations.
 In the current study, two organizations
are selected, one is governmental
company and other is transport
company, namely Reserve Bank of
Australia and AirRoad.

LITERATURE REVIEW
 In present study, IS
planning/strategy and
managing human
resources is selected.
 In order to gather
relevant information
about the topic, an
interview on IT
managers of two
organizations is
conducted.

ORGANIZATIONAL BACKGROUND -
RESERVE BANK OF AUSTRALIA
 The Reserve Bank of Australia becomes
a central bank, responsible for providing
services to the Government of Australia
and providing of services to the central
banks.
 The first objective of this bank is control
of inflation throughout the monetary
policy (rba.gov.au 2017).
