INTRODUCTION
University refers to those institution which is developed to provide higher education to
the students. University provides facility of research, training and provides authorised degrees to
students for their findings. University plays an important role in the development of the nation
because it provides knowledge and degree to the students which helps them to develop effective
career and also to achieve their needs and desires in life. University has provided platforms to
many students and other stakeholders so that they can reflect their skills and capabilities. (Rai,
2018)
There are different types of stakeholders involved in the development of any university
such as staff, community group, teachers, students, alumni and professionals. All these
stakeholders has hold their place and importance in the creation of university. The lack of any
stakeholders can be lead to the failure of university creation plan. It is very important for the
management of University that they evaluate needs and desires of these stakeholders and try to
fulfil them. The success of the university are depend upon the mindset of these stakeholders. If
they are motivated towards the success of plan and makes efforts then the possibility of getting
success becomes maximises. (Prinos, 2021)
This report is based on the concept of creating a university which is used to provide
various types of academic services to different stakeholders. This report provides brief
discussion related to the impact of three factors on creation of university such as the impact of
health, economic impact and at last the impact of tourism, hospitality and events industry on the
creation of university. It is very important for different stakeholders of University to evaluate the
impact of these factors effectively so that considerable measures can be developed to deal with
these issues.
TASK
Factors affecting creation of university
It is required for the management of University that it conduct deep research of the
market and then analyses different factors affecting the creation and function of university. The
main advantage of this evaluation is that it helps the organisation to develop effective measures
in relation to deal with different issues faced by the management in creation of new university.
There are three major factor are analysed which are impact of health economic and hospitality on

the same. All these factors mentioned above has played an important role in the development of
the university so the brief discussion related to the same are given below:

There are different types health aspect are present in the university which required focus from
the university. The number of people involved in university are relatively very high as they cover

effective medical emergency framework in the organisation which provides first aid at the time
of emergency. It is important to organises regular medical test and check up in university so that
disease can be analyses early.
Challenges in relation to accommodation :- The scope of university are not limited to any
single state or city of the country. There are different types of students came from different parts
of the country and also from different nations. It is the core function of university that they
provide proper accommodation facilities to these students so that they does not find any
difficulty in it. Most of the university has organised hostel facilities for the accommodations of
their students. Students has to share their rooms with other students so that the issues of health
can be concerned. If the new university has provide hygienic hostel facilities to their students

Opportunity in elation to health care :- There are different types of opportunities are present
with new and advanced university if they achieve in development of effective health measures in
their university. The scope of opportunities are not limited only to national but their scope effect
from different international countries. It is essential for the management of University that they
developed effective health professionals in university by providing them proper training and
development of the employees.

Impact of economic factors on creation of university
There are different types of economic factors are present in the market which impacts the
creation of university such job creation, cost of the project and the sources of revenue in future
by project. The objectives of management to create the university are not only to make social
work but the revenue generation is also one of their objective. It is important for the management
of the University that they effectively evaluates the economic factors and then develop plans and

The impact of tourism hospitality and event industry are very high on the creation and success of
the university in the country. It is important for the management to evaluate these factors
effectively so that their negative aspect can be minimised and positive aspect can be maximised.
It is only possible if the management of University has conduct a deep research of the industry
and then develop effective judgement about that. Three are three key areas are described below
which provide the overall impact.
Impact of the city as the tourist destination :- If the city where the management of university
decided to established their university are regarded as the tourist place and many tourist visit the
city. It is very beneficial for the management to established their university in particular because
it helps the marketing of the university in foreign countries. It helps the management of
university to establish attractive place for different stakeholders of the university. ,most of the
students prefer to study on those places where the tourist attraction are high which is beneficial
for the organisation.
Change in the type of events hosted by the city :- If the city where the university are to be
developed has promoted the tradition of hosting different types of events and function that it
beneficial for the management of the organisation. The number of people attending the function
are very high then it provide the chances of marketing. (Cruz-Jesus, Pinheiro and Oliveira, 2019)
Impact of environmental issues on creation of university
Impact on the city's carbon footprints :- The level of carbon are increased day by day due to
some negative human activities such as emission and pollution. It is essential for the protection
of environment that the level of carbon becomes minimises. The creation of university plays a
important role in this because there are different types of research can be conducted in university
which can helps the authorities to reduce the level of pollution in the environment.
Environmental impact on construction of University :- The impact of environment are very
high on the development of building construction of university. The construction material are
obtained by the management of university from natural resources. It is the duty of the
administration that that they use the resources so that the economies in work can be achieved.
Opportunities for sustainable building and design :- It is very beneficial for the management
of the organisation to develop their university in tourist attraction area. It helps the company to

link the design of the infrastructure to the tourist attraction places. It helps to attracts more and
more people towards the university.
Recommendations
Recommendation is one of the great tool to improve the performance of the activity because it
enables the management to get some attractive and efficient ways to improve their working. It
helps the concerning party to achieve their goals and objectives of the business.
 It is recommended to the management of the organisation that they developed effective
health structure in their organisation so that no the student can be infected with diseases.
It not only protect the student but also attracts other students towards the university.
 It is recommended to the management of University to optimum used the natural
resources so that the organisation can get the cost advantage in the market.
 It is very important for the management of university that they evaluate the costing of the
project and organises considerable investor. (Chofreh, Goni and Klemeš, 2018)
CONCLUSION
It is concluded from this report that it is very essential for the management of university that they
conduct deep research of the market before creating the industry. There are many factors are
present in the market which impact the success of university are concluded from this report. The
economic factors such as Job creation, Cost, revenue generation plays a important role in the
success of the organisation. The health care factors such as Provision for health care
accommodation and Opportunity in relation to health care requires a focus of the management
are concluded in this report.
