as uses the technology for adapting the changes in the business environment. The details and the
services and everything of this hotel is designed by carefully keeping in mind the well-being and
comfort for the customers. Eccleston Square hotel provide various offers to the customers and
has wider range of the rooms available for the customers according to their needs and wants.

smart strategies which can support them to adopt and use the modern technology and machine

done effectively helps the organization to save the time and energy and this saved time can be
used to focus more on the experience and services to the customers. Eccleston Square hotel is

as MEWS, ATOMIZE and many more (Lamest and Brady, 2019). The hotel is uses the artificial
