Enhanced performance management is the major outcomes of rapid advancement of technology (Colbert, et al., 2016). With the assistance of computer technology, human resources professionals are becoming able to assess the performance level of the staffs and take proactive action in order to improve the same for the sake of amplifying organizational productivity. There arevarioussoftwares’suchasbamboohr,icimstalentplatform,zenefitsandbirddoghr talentmanagementsuite which the companies can access in order to assess the performance level of the human resources. Electronic surveillance is one of the major outcomes of technology, which is widely used by the employees in contemporary times in order to evaluate the behavior of the employees and employ effective technique for the sake of controlling the behavior of the staffs. Motivating the knowledge workers is one of the major challenges, faced by the companies in recent times. Research Philosophy is one of the major factors of research methodology, as it supports in stating the point of view of the researcher. For the current research, positivism research philosophy has been chosen as it has helped the researcher to investigate the research topic in cohesive manner. Research approach is also an imperative factor of approaching the research to proper manner (Kumar 2019). For the present research, deductive research approach has been chosen for the sake of putting stress on existing theoretical framework of the research. Both primary and secondary research has been conducted in order to get comprehensive information about the research topic. In terms of conducting primary research, 3 HR managers of Coca Cola Amatil have been interviewed. This has helped in evaluating how technology is helping the HR function of Coca Cola Amatil. In addition, books, journals and related articles have been used as the secondary source in order to get relevant information from the previous research work on the same topic. Analysis or discussion of results: From the literature review, it is evident that technology has entirely transformed the HR function in an organization. High end soft-wares’ are used by the companies for the sake of facilitating the HR related functions. Technology is playing a critical role in hiring the staffs and selecting them for the interview session and managing the paperwork of the employees. In addition, securing the personal and confidential information of the staffs in a single data base is a vital impact of technology on the HR related functions (Tidd and Bessant 2018). 6

Limitation The researcher has faced certain limitations in the way of conducting the research in a proper manner. If the research would have been carried out on more number of HR managers of Coca Cola Amatil, then stronger perspective regarding the company would have been gained. At the same time, the managers were also biased while answering the questions. Recommendations: Collaborative and productive team productive team plays a major role in attaining long term success from business by satisfying the challenging mission. It is recommended for Coca Cola Amatil to use the modern technology in terms of keeping the staffs in an integrated platform.Communicationsoftwareistobeused byCocaColaAmatilfor thesakeof strengthening the communication among the team mates. At the same time, it is suggested for the companies to use cloud-based project management software for the sake of improving the performance of entire team by leading them to complete a work in a systematic manner. Conclusion: Based on the discussion, it can be concluded by saying that technology is paving the way for the companies to build healthy relationship with the employees. The inclusion of high end information and communication technology is also paving the way for the companies to build healthy relationship with the staffs and keep them information regarding the organizational policies and procedures. 7
