At the sametime, considering personal values are also aidsme to provide equal importance to all thepatients (Greener, 2008). I never harm theinterest of patients from any ground.Mainlining the concept of equality anddiversity helps me to derive appropriatesupport from all the patients and individualsworking with me (Block, 2006). Thus, thishelps me to provide suitable care services tothe respective patients.Being a health care practitioner, I believe tomaintain honesty and self- respect whiletreating people.I always ask the patients about the things theyexpect at the time of getting services becausethey have the right to present their opinion indecision making process. At the same time, Ialso consider cultural and social values ofpatients.I believe to maintain confidentiality andsecrecy in the work practices so thatinformation about the patients and theirtreatment could not be disclosed among otherpersons (Burke, Redfern and Marks-Maran,2016).
