However, report will cover the following things as research methodologies and otherthins that help to bring improvement in process of communication. Moreover, It can bestated that human resource department of the enterprise must take their initiatives as to provideproper and adequate training to their employees so that effective steps can be taken to raise theperformance standards at the high level. The worse communication between the staff of theenterprise can lead to poor performance and also affects customer services. In addition to it, thiscan be stated that lack of communication between team member can affect the productivity andprofitability of enterprise and this also results in inappropriate services of customers.
This kind of things are affecting the services of the enterprise in the badly ways andbetter communication helps to have systematic working. In this, communication is factors thatimpacts over the profitability and productivity of the enterprise.
