1.1 Review the impact of personal, social and
cultural factors on learning.
Within the teaching sector there are the various factors
which impact the students learning all those factors are
consider under the personal, social and cultural group
below is the explanation of some personal, social and
cultural factors impacting the students learning.
Personal factor - Students learning get impacted by
the different personal factors such as age, gender,
confidence, attitude, emotion etc., below is the
illustration of selective factors which impact the
students learning for the further college education
vocational training.
Age- learning of the students are dialectally associated
with the age of students, students learning is depending
on their maturation, learning task and teaching pattern
should be on the basis of students age as these represent
abilities of the learning.
Social factor- Social factors impact the students
learning by creating the language and experience
environment as this stimulates the mind to grow.
Below is the explanation of some social factors
impacting students learning.
Cultural or religious attitudes – Within the
education organisational there are the students from
the diver’s culture and society, who's religions are
different and on the basis of that they behave
differentially for some educational task and
activities. Students believes about the learning
impact their goal setting and performance.
Educational backgrounds Students
educational background impact their learning
because that is related to their parent’s social
economic status which based on their education
and further influence the child access to the
effective education. Students parent’s educational
qualification impact the students upbringing and
their constant learning.

Students learning is associated, with their own physical,
sensory and cognitive abilities, basically physical
movement is the body movements and the cognitive
abilities are students thinking and the sensory abilities are
identification of different scene effectively, below is the
explanation of all these factors and how this is associated
with students learning.
Cognitive- The cognitive abilities of the students
influence the learning range such as analysis, evaluation,
application is the learning process which influence by the
learning process.
Problem solving- This is the capability of
determining why an issue is happening and how it can be
resolved. This impact the student learning within the
inclusive learning environment of the vocational training,
by influencing them to coming up with the solution of
learning assessment.
Planning- This is the ability to think about the
future or the mentally anticipate the right way to carry out
a task or reach a special goal, in context to the students
learning in the inclusive environment this ability impact
their learning by influencing their participation in learning
task.
Abstract thinking- This is the ability to think
about the objects, ideas and principles which are not
physically present. This impact the student learning by
influencing them to make an ideas and think about the
objects of vocational training.
Physical- Physical ability is one of the very important group
of the function in context to the inclusive learning.
Coordination- Individuals inclusive learning physical
ability like coordination is very important because hand and
eye coordination is one of the most important part of the
learning process. It helps student track the movements of their
hands with the eyes, which is very important for reading and
decoding.
Balance- This is one of another important physical
ability impact students learning, such as if balance is
underdeveloped then student may face difficulty in the
classroom with reading, writing, focus and behaviour etc.
Dynamic flexibility- This is the ability to move
muscles and joints through full range of the motion during
active movement. This impact student learning by influencing
their participation in the physical activities of the vocational
training.
Sensory- This is the ability which help to take information
from the surrounding environment through touch, smell,
sound, vision, taste etc. all these sensory abilities impact the
student learning.
Touch- This impact the student learning, because
student learn through tactile senses and movements.
Sight – This impact student learning by limiting or
increasing child ability to learn, because that is associated to
the eyes function and how the brain processes visual
information. In the learning process visualization make the
process of learning easier for the students.
Hearing- This impact the students learning of speech
and language development, with is directly associated with
learning performance.
2.1 Summarise policy and regulatory frameworks relating to inclusive practice.
There are the different polices and regulatory farm-work for the inclusive practices such as the Special
Educational Needs and Disability Act (2001) this legislative piece was created to help in the establishment
of the legal rights of disable and special education needs. In context to the post 16 education and training
on the incorporate measures of prevention of discrimination against education, training and services of
students with special needs. Equality Act (2010) In context to the inclusive learning principles are analysis
and preventions of the training, providing training and make reasonable adjustment for the students.
Inclusive education a framework for change is involving the key principles in context to the inclusive
learning of the students with special needs. It is compulsory to segregate and gradually restructure all
mainstream schools so that can be accessible in terms of premises, curriculum, facilities in order to plan the
phased closure of all special schools.
2.2 Explain how policy and regulatory frameworks influence organisational policies relating to
inclusive practice
Policy and regulatory framework of the inclusive practices influence the organisation polices
relating to the inclusive practices because this have to followed and implemented within each and every
function of task of the inclusive teaching.
Staffing ratios- Within the inclusive learning environment that is important to manage the
appropriate numbers of the staff within the institution, in order to provide effective learning support to the
all students. On the basis of Higginson framework there should be et-least 2 support staff in the class of 46
students.
Quality assurance procedure- QAP of the inclusive learning institution get influence by Special
Educational Needs and Disability Act (2001), as according to this organisation have to conduct systematic
review of the education provision to maintain quality efficiently. Such as teachers and learning facilities
evaluation should have done on regular basis.
Complaint procedure- This area of the inclusive teaching institution get influenced by the
Equality Act (2010), as on the basis of that student’s complaints and feedbacks regarding learning should be
done by the tutor to prevent discrimination.
