leads to a higher level of demotivation in employees that is
causing the issue of high employee turnover. Therefore, it
become vital and essential for the business organisation to look
out for some more effective HR practises focused on effective
management of talent along with related with recruitment and
selection of talented candidates that would supports and bring
out a positive impact on the overall performance level of a firm.
The organisation selected for current project is Aston Martin
which is well known and famous British and multinational
independent sort of the manufacturer of luxury sports cars as
well as the grand tourers. The Aston martin predecessor was
founded in 1913 by Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford and its
headquarter is located in England, UK (Ren, Jiang and Tang,
2022). After the spread of covid019 a continuous demotivation in
employees is being faced by Aston martin based on thereat of
get infected and other reasons that lead to a continuous decline
in its productivity and performance level. Thus, current project s
abed on analysing the impact of Staff selection and recruitment
