Impact of Student's Strength_2
The strength that we would like to begin with for us SF assessment is Restorative.Restorative means the ability of a person to bounce back when faced with a problem.I chose this strength because a restorative person loves to solve problems and challenges and our lives are full of those. A breakdown will not pull me down because of my restorative nature rather it will give me the energy and strength to bounce back from it, a stronger person. This makes me stand out because of my ability to tackle challenges and fix and improve things. I am the person you want around when faced with a crisis. I remember once a colleague fainted out of sheer exhaustion, in the humdrum of panic where my fellow colleagues contemplated on calling 911 or taking her to the nearby clinic I had the good sense of simply sprinkling some water on her face to revive her and restoring her strength by offering her a glucose drink.Strength – Restorative – An unreasonable action plan What will I do?When will I do it?How will I prove that I have completed the task?Attend a workshop on crisis management As soon as possibleI attended the workshop and feel that I can tackle any crisis Read a book on crisis management Very soonCompleted the book on time Attended a training camp ImmediatelyCompleted the training Strength – Restorative – Reasonable action plan What will I do?When will I do it?How will I prove that I have completed the task?Attended a workshop on crisis management organized by the hospital where I practice. The workshop took place on the pre-valentine weekend.I attended the workshop with my colleagues and received a certificate of attendance at the end.
