Technology is playing important role which is changing the manner in which healthcare services
is being provided to patient (Rath and Pattanayak, 2019). In today’s time period most of the
individuals are seeking for advanced treatment. Nowadays modern healthcare workplace are
equipped with smart technology and highly digitalise equipment which is helping them to
provide highest level of care. Present research analyse the concept of modern healthcare
workplace and the impact of technology in the modern healthcare workplace which is conducted
on care homes.

conducted on care homes is rational, as it is not only conducted on a particular healthcare but on

viewpoint, articles, generals is being conducted (Brambilla, Rebecchi and Capolongo, 2019).
With the help of inductive approach and case study research objectives has been fulfilled in a
well defined and effective manner.

define as workplace in which use of technology is being undertaken in order to assist patients. In
this workplace medical healthcare practitioners undertake use of technology in order to provide
highest level of care to patients. It has been analysed that in modern workplace use of best

undertaken in order to improve patient as well as health. Now, healthcare has been significantly
transformed by advances in technology. Due to the rise of commercialization culture there is

patient care while remaining profitable. Technology is being significantly used in these
workplaces in which city help of technology higher patient services is being provided. This helps

In addition to this it is also essential to update technology as per the guidance of regulatory

lives of care homes. This can be identified with the fact that nowadays technology is

spend the time to stay in touch with their families and stay entertained.

manner. There are different types of technology identified such as artificial intelligence smart
devices which helps in monitoring and managing data. Thus it has been analysed technology
essential element for modern healthcare in which care homes with the help of taking advantage
of technology can significantly enhance satisfaction level of patients.
Recommendation
 It has been recommended to care home to undertake use of artificial intelligence as this is
one of the most effective concept introduced into care homes across United Kingdom. It
has been identified that could help of artificial intelligence they can monitor patients and
can further deduct early intervention. With the help of this technological equipped
technology highest level of care can be provided to patients.
