Abstract
Technology is playing important role in today’s environment and it is having a greater impact on
each and every industrial sector whether they are healthcare, tourism, retail etc. Present research
is conducted to identify the impact of technology in the modern healthcare workplace and is
conducted on care homes. This research identifies the issues that care homes are facing in the
process of implementing technology along with the ways to overcome them. Research discuss
