Extended Abstract
Artificial intelligence is a part of our everyday lives. This technology is surrounding
us in every aspect of our lives starting from the automated sensors, parking system,
surveillance security, and personal assistance over the mobile devices and many
more. The paper discusses about the importance of the artificial intelligence in the
educational sectors and how can it be developed further in the future. The skills in
study related to the economic educations, impact of the Artificial intelligence on the
competence demands and skills of individuals are highlighted in this people along
with the concept of the AI technology. As we all know that the technology has huge
impact in the lives of the individual and Artificial intelligence is one such technology
which is just emerging in the contemporary industry, and the youths and education
system can be benefited with the usage of this highly due to its features, performance
and cost effectiveness. New ways of teaching and inculcating knowledge in the
students can be possible with the help of the technology. All though the scopes of the
technology are high, there is a very limited amount of the research that has been
undertaken by the researchers for the usage of this technology in the field of the
education enhancement.
It cannot be denied that there have been a lot of changes as well as reforms in the
classrooms and various teaching methods with the inception of the computer system
but it can be said that true interference of education will be accompanied by the
usage of Artificial Intelligence. Even today artificial intelligence is being used by
people in different spheres may be knowingly or unknowingly. For instance in
education sector when using Google searches alternative search terms are instantly
generated. This research involves discussing about the background of the topic o
understand the existing literature. The study will take up deductive approach and use
secondary sources for data collection. It is expected that at the end of the study, the
significance of AI in the educational field will be understood a proper knowledge will

be obtained as to how this modern technology can benefit the educational sector.

Introduction
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is always big topic for discussion. AI have capability in transforming
existing automated systems of management that automate the administrative operations within
institution level, however this has ability in transforming learning methods as well as conventional
teaching methods technologically. AI does it through integrating with the eLearning tech as well as
online Learning Management Systems (LMS) for introducing educational technology like Virtual and
Augmented Reality within classrooms that provide learning experiences along with experiences of real-
time teaching to students along with the teachers [1]. Currently, educational institutions’ reliance upon
automated systems of ERP management for conducting or overseeing the administrative operations is
expected to be decreased with systems driven by artificial intelligence. It is mainly as applications of
artificial intelligence need very less time as well as no interference of human for performing the desired
tasks, however automated systems, in spite having automatic characteristics, need human assistance for
performing operations.
Artificial intelligence has high potential to automate and expedite the administrative tasks to
both teachers as well as institutions. Grading homework, offering value of student responses as well as
evaluating essays in where the educators spend maximum time. Artificial Intelligence could automat
grading process within tests of multiple choices in order for allowing teachers to spend much more time
for and with the students. AI benefits the admission process also. The admission processes could be
streamlined as well as improved also by using AI, reducing workload of high quantity admission
offices [2]. By automating paperwork’s process as well as supporting the students with the common
questions for admission through chat box as well as interactive materials of website could improve
process of both future students as well as administrators. AI could do much more than just condense
lecture into the flashcards as well as smart study helps to guide as this could tutor student also based on
difficulties which are faced by the students with the class materials. AI would be able in working as
digital full-fledged professor which helps student with the educational needs [3]. Platform of AI would
be able in adapting to wide range of the learning styles for helping all students and educators.
Virtual lecture might replace the lecturer with robot. However, there are virtual facilitators and
human guides which could think, act as well as react with the humans with the help of technology of
gesture recognition in natural process, responding both nonverbal as well as verbal cues. Environment
of digital learning is becoming also reality with the institutions for developing the smart platforms as
well as virtual environments. AI could be tremendous benefit to the educational institutions [4].
Through artificial intelligence, the resources can be instantly found on responses of the students or for
overall classroom for experience. AI would provide support also for the teachers in the other ways. AI
could manage few of routine tasks. Teachers along with students would be able in communicating
instantly with each other, and for connecting with AI’s other forms all over the world.
The main purpose of the research is to figure out the contribution or the implications of artificial
intelligence on the education sector. The ways in which AI can bring in improvisations in the education
sector will be analyzed. Intelligent tutoring systems and virtual facilitators and learning environments
have become common these days and the study will consider these with many other applications of AI
in the education sector so that the benefits can be understood. The motivation behind this research is
that education is one of the important parts of human lives. The future of any country depends highly
on its educational system and how capable is it in inculcating new modern technologies to enhance it
education system. It is clear that with the rapidly advancing technology there is a need to modernize the

education sector as well and thus new technologies are required to be adopted by the educational
institutions. Artificial intelligence is one of the emerging and revolutionary technologies that have the
potential to bring in important reforms in the educational systems. Thus this particular study has a
motive to figure out how this technology can aid the educational institutions in bringing in reforms.
This study will consider deductive approach and the hypothesis for the study is as given below[5].
H: Artificial intelligence can help in bringing in improvisations in the educational sector.
For proving this hypothesis, secondary research methodology will be used and data will be
collected from credible sources such as journal articles from cites like Google Scholar [6]. The data that
will be obtained from the journal articles will be analyzed for coming into conclusions and proving the
considered hypothesis. This research will focus on how currently AI is being used in the educational
sectors and what can be its future aspects. It is expected that from the research, it will be understood as
how and why AI shines as one of the most competent technology in the education sector. The potential
impacts on both students as well as their pedagogues can be understood from this. Another major
aspect that can be figured out is how the technology supports involvement of parents in learning
environment of their children. Thus, the research will certainly try to seek an answer to the research
question that has been considered.
