Introduction and Reflective Journal Scope
In this reported study, the reflective journal has been presented in which the personal viewpoints
and learning have been discussed. In addition to this, the effectiveness of using the study and
knowledge regarding the topic of assessing the impact of training as well as the development of
the employee’s performance is stated in the assignment. Moreover, the things and learning
during the research study are also shown in the report in the context of its future uses.
Furthermore, the implication of learning process over the future course of action has also been
discussed and mentioned in the following report study.

1. Evaluate the effectiveness and your usefulness of the learning experience
Opinions regarding learning experience:
The learning experiences are really valuable to me. Experiences always help in growing
knowledge and skills of a person. With this learning experience, I am able to connect the two
business factors which are training and employment performance. I am able to understand the
relationship between these two elements. After conducting this research my learning experiences
enhanced and now I am more competent and capable of assessing and evaluating the usefulness
of training and development in an employee's performance. In addition to this, my learning
experiences will help me in building my future as well as enhancing my skills as now I have
significant knowledge regarding the types of training and how important they are. When I’ll be
in a job I will assuredly be indebted to these learning experiences.
Value of experience:
The learning experiences which I collected while gathering the information regarding research
are really important to me as my learning experiences will help in building my future and
present. In addition to this, my career, existing courses, and study have increased. The entire
experience is of great value. I have gained knowledge regarding the work culture in a company. I
have even understood the importance of training and development programmes. I will never
show reluctance towards training and development programmes in my future job. In addition to
this, I being a management student gather good information on training, development and
employee’s performance. I can learn my coursework more easily and smoothly. I am now
capable to work and study more on my management related topics.
