health and well-being of patients, communities and its staff through professionalism, innovation
and excellence in care.

individuals. The main aim of NHS is to improvised the health and well-being of patients,
communities and its staff through professionalism, innovation and excellence in care. The one of
the core function of NHS is to enhanced its value. This is the organisation which is distributing
its services in health and service sector (Blackwell, Lucas and Clarke, 2014). The major issue in
relation to this firm is that there are unskilled employees who are not able to provide effective
care to the patients. The one the main aim of the NHS is to hire suitable workforce so that they
are able to provide them quality care.
Research project description
The one of the main aim of NHS is to provide the quality care to the patients so that that
are bale to have good well- being. In this NHS is taking initiatives steps as to have improved the
health and well-being of patients, communities and its staff through professionalism, innovation
and excellence in care. The one of the core function of NHS is to enhanced its value. By hiring
the skilled labour workforce they are able to enhance the profitability of enterprise.

management. In this, there is no doubt with this regard that health and social cares plays
significant role in terms to take care of the health of patients. In addition to this, service staff
need to be handle the patients with patience and tolerance. The main aim behind conducting the
research is to analyse the effectiveness of program in terms to improve the quality care of
patients.

role in terms to deliver the highest services to patients. Under this, there are number of
challenges which is need to be faced by the workers with regard to quality in the services. The
one of the major factor in this relation to unskilled labour workforce. This is affecting the whole
working environment of health and social sector (Mulla, Hewison and Shapiro, 2014). The
health-care safety is one of the major components in terms to achieve the desire success. This is
one of the effective technique in terms to get the accurate results. There are number of methods
with the help of which quality care to the patients is need to be given. In this manner it is

this, NHS is taking various intuitive to provide effective services to the patients so that they can
be impressed with the quality delivery of services. In contrary to, Anderson and Thornley, (2014)
states that each patients has right to treat with professionals standards of care. In this term,
Qualified and experience staff is able to deliver the good services to the patients. As per the view
of, Blackwell, Lucas and Clarke, (2014) to make effective services the NHS continuously
monitors and take various efforts to have improvement in the quality of healthcare. The NHS do
not discriminated the patients on the basis of the gender, sex, religion, belief, sex orientation, age

can be said that organisational and care professionals need to be responsible in to the differed

stats that due to unskilled workforce social care workforce has to health with fragmented
services. In this to provide effective services the NHS need to provide integrated care to patients
by having reduction in confusion, repetition, delay, people getting lost in time and gapes in the

I have chosen this project to develop my depth understanding about the practices of
health and social care. The core objective of health and social care is to provide the quality care
to the patients. It is very important to develop the understanding about the important concept of
health and social care. Thus, health and social care practices are need to be improved. The major
goal behind conducting the study in relation to National health services is to have the
opportunities so that effective approaches in relation to healthcare practices can be taken. I have
my personal interest in this area so it will be helpful in order to develop depth understanding
about health care practices. It is very essential in term to give the insights about services of
National health and service care. This is one of the effective approach in term to gather the depth
insights about the uses of health and social care practices. This kind of information is helpful in
terms to provide the quality care to patients.
CHAPTER 3 METHODOLOGIES
3.1 Study design and kind of ways to conduct it.
Research design- The term research design is helpful in term to get the information
about the strategy and plan and this all need to be adopted by researcher in terms to logical and

coherent integration about the differed components of the study. It can be seen that research
design are of many kinds as are exploratory, explanatory and descriptive. It is one of the
systematic way in term to gather the information about it. In addition to this, it can be said that in
order to carry out the present research there will be use of descriptive method. It is assistive in
term to get the accurate information. Under this, it can be said that there are number of the
characteristics of the phenomenon which is helpful in relation to define the characteristics which
is helpful to being studied.
In this manner it can be said that the descriptive design will be inclusive of the terms as
are observation, case study and survey analysis. This kind of design will be useful in term to
define the suitable methods which will be helpful in term to determine the impact of health care
services on the patients (Hart and et.al., 2015). Thus, this kind of research design will be helpful
in terms to attending the aim of the present study. The effective survey will be helpful in order
to get the full insights about the desire aims and objective of the research study. This is the term
which is very essential in terms to get the depth understanding about the implication of health
and social care services of the National health services. In this way, it can be said that the
researcher is able to determine the implication of health and social care services in terms to have
the full insights about deliver the quality care to patients by conducting the depth understanding.
It is assistive in term to know the importance of study.
3.2 Sampling
Sampling- under this there are two ways in term to gather the sampling. The two method
as are probabilistic and non probabilistic techniques. By conducting the present study there will
be use of sampling method as probabilistic. It is assistive in order to provide the equal chance to
population. To conduct the information under this the sample of 10 managers of NHS was
selected and it is need to be get done with the help of Random sampling method.
3.3 Data collection
Data collection- The term data collection means to gather the whole information by
conducting the data. It is need to get done with the use of differed methods of study. Under this
two methods with the help of which data can be collected. Under this, there are two kinds of
ways with the help of which data can be gathered as are primary and secondary. In order to carry
out the present research there will be use of implication of the health and social care services by
the NHS. In order to carry out the present research there will be use of the both method as are

primary and secondary. By taken this into consideration there can be determining the depth
information about the health care practices (Mulla, Hewison and Shapiro, 2014). With the help
of primary data there can be determining of the first hand information. In this way, it can be said
that there are number of method of collecting first hand information as are observation, group,
surveys and interview etc. it is need to be gather from the health care practitioner.
The main motive behind conducting is to have the depth understanding about to deliver
the quality care to the patient. This is need to be done in order to gather the depth understanding
about the implication of health and social services, so that quality care to the patients can be
given. Under this, secondary method will be use in terms to gather the information and it is need
to be collected from differed aspects as are journals, books and records etc. thus, it can be said
that it is one of the effective term in term to gather the depth understanding.
3.4 Ethical consideration
In this way, it is important to considered the ethical issues in terms to carry out the
present research study as are-
1. Informed consent- It is one of the ethical consideration and it is need to be considered at
the time of carrying out the present research study. In order to determining the prior
permission of about the study from the participants. In this way, it can be said that the
non-compliance to the same can lead to the ethical issues (Waterson, 2014.). In addition
to this, it can be said that the participants are need to be informed about the main
objective of the study and it informed consent in this relation is need to obtained.
2. Confidentiality- In this way, it can be said that the another issue in this relation is to
maintain the confidentiality of the collected information. It is very essential to achieve the
desire result as per aim of study. IN this term it can be said that the researcher need to
address the issue and the whole information is need to be kept in the significant mode. In
addition to this, the confidentiality of the information is need to be provided them. Thus,
the researcher is need to get the adoption of proper storage of the data. In this way,
unauthorised access to the given data is need to be checked (Mulla, Hewison and Shapiro,
2014 ).

deliver the better and effective care services so that patients can be satisfied. Health is one of the
crucial components in terms to provide the effective care to the services users. In this way, it can
be seen that there are total number of the 10 managers. Under this survey, it has been interpreted
that 6 respondents said that it is very essential to provide quality services to NHS, 3 said that
NHS is not able to delivering the better and efficient services to its patients. In this way, 1 is not
sure about this fact. In this term it can be said that NHS need to take the number of initiatives in
terms to deliver the better and effective services to its patients so that long term sustainability of
the firm can be maintained.

Based on the above report it can be concluded that NHS need to avoid to make the
discrimination among the patients on the basis of caste, sex and religion. Under this it is very
important to maintain the quality care of the patients (Ward and et.al., 2014). In this way, there
are 10 number of total respondents. In which it can be seen that 5 respondents said that they are
agreed with the thing as that NHS do not make any discrimination on the basis of caste, sex and
religion. In this 3 said that NHS uses to make the discrimination on the above factor and 2
among 10 are not sure about this fact. In this way it can be said that NHS need to put its
consideration over to take the effective care in terms to deliver the best result. The discrimination
among them can bring the negative results.
