INTRODUCTIONIn the present time, healthy life is very important for the people because due to unhealthydiet, improper scheduled, lack of physical exercises, various kinds of health disorder have beenoccurred in the human being. In a simple word it can be said that ageing process is characterisedby a series of deleterious events that impact physiological and anatomical function. The major objective of this essay is to impact of ageing process on these three areasuch as cardiovascular, pulmonary and muscle function. (Handy, 2014) Cardiovascular systemin the human body is consisted with heart, blood, vessels and blood. In this includes mainfunction such as nutrition, oxygen, hormones to cells. On the other hand pulmonary function isthe system under which task can take of the lungs and exhale the air. Pulmonary function testdefines that how well the lungs take in and exhale air and how efficiently they transfer oxygeninto the blood. On the other hand muscle function is function of movement in the human body.Muscle is the only tissue in the body that has the ability to contract and therefore move the otherparts of the body. In the present essay, impact of ageing process on these mentioned area hasbeen systematically addressed.
