This research study explores the impact of virtual learning environment (VLE) on educational institutions in the UK, specifically on the University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD). It discusses the benefits and challenges of using VLE, as well as strategies for improvement. The study was conducted through a qualitative research approach, using both primary and secondary data collection methods. The results were analyzed using thematic perception test technique. The study found that VLE is an effective tool for enhancing learning experience and improving communication between students and teachers. However, it also has some challenges such as lack of face-to-face interaction and technical issues. The study recommends taking feedback from users and providing proper training to improve VLE services.
