important role to increase market share, activities and business performance in the current
condition of market. It will help the organisation to their expansion and give their contribution to
increase the growth of economy. Globalization increase the trade relationship between the
countries which can help the countries to grow with the good economic condition. According to
research there are some recommendations and finding discussed below which affect the
Sainsbury's company and provide help to the manager.
Sainsbury's company expand their business at globalize level but before that manager
need to prepare successful project management plan.
Need to understand the impact of globalization on social,ethical and cultural factors at
various countries before making expanding business.
Before expending their business at international level manager need to analyse the
internal as well as external factors. Such as micro and macro factors before taking any
effective decision for the business expansion.
Before taking any big step, manager of Sainsbury's company need to done proper
research for the business expansion. Collect relevant data and information of a particular
country in order to identify the need and requirement of product. Demand of customer
according to products.

On basis of above described project I have determined that Globalisation is of the
effective procedures which help an organisation in expanding their business at international
level. This research help me in understanding and describing each task of research that are
necessary for completion of project. I have adopted different methodologies which help me in
specifying each procedure such as describing and understanding each topic which are required
in completion of project. Moreover, this assist me in analysing different users choice and
preferences as per this company develop required goods and products. As a researcher, I have
conduct data analysis for examining whole data related to topic and it is helpful in gaining
relevant data and information in proper manner. By conducting surveys and working on this
project has provide me different benefits to increase my knowledge and skills regarding
globalisation concept. While working on this project I have planned many strategies and
policies which help me in reaching with aims and objectives in an effective manner. But due to
lack of insufficient funds and other resources, I have faced different issues or problems. It
includes low confidence among team members, stress for completing the work in given time
period, optimum limited resources and so more. Additionally, it was difficult for me is to collect
and gather accurate information and data regarding specific topic. Thus, completing this research
project has enhanced my skill and make capable for take future project and reach high success.
