The Aussie Toy Company Ltd was established in the early decade and is considered as
one of the most leading toy products manufacturing. Beside this the organization also focuses on
operating different retails stores for couple of years. Thus there is a need to identify the two
SMART marketing objectives that are needed for the organization.

excellence by managing the supply of

2. Providing proper satisfaction towards
the customers associated with the
organization
Measurable 1. In order to understand the growth of the
organization, it is important to
implement proper monitoring devices.
This will help in preventing the system

Attainable 1. The first goal can be implemented with
proper resources. At present the
