INTRODUCTION Diversity Policy can be defined as written agreement which is formed within the entity for the purpose of removing the concept of discrimination against any of the person. In present scenario, any of the entity can only perform better if they have effective diversity policy. The report is based on Bounce Fitness which is one of Australian Company which works for the fitness of people who join the gym. MAIN BODY How will you promote the new diversity policy across Bounce Fitness? It is said that Fitness entity are those organizations where people of different age group, culture, color and many more connects with the organization. Looking at this, Bounce Fitness must introduce some of the policy within the organization so that everyone can be treated equally. Some of the basic guidelines which can be included in Bounce Fitness is explained below: In current scenario, ratio of female is increasing due to which it is necessary to ensure that any of the people will not try to discriminate them on the basis of gender. Number of people who have excessive weight and they must be given equal opportunity and no one should create fun of them(Tandé, 2017). In order to promote this guidelines, Bounce Fitness make each and every people can prepare the contract paper where above mentioned condition and some of the other condition as well will be included. Describe and discuss the tools benchmarks and indicators that you developed for measuring the impact of the policy implementation Benchmark and Indicator are the modern tools which helps to evaluate the performance. Similarly, talking about Bounce Fitness they will also be benefited from this respective tools because they are the one who have started to promote the culture of diversity within the entity. Here, organization can easily identify that how many complain have come across regarding discrimination. Then, there is also be impact on number of people connect with gym. In this members can check that how many of them have joined gym once they have started to promote
diversified environment within the premises of gym(Orfield, 2017). This will certainly allow them to find whether new policies are effective or not for the business entity.
