Introduction
With the development of the technology, the use of the emerging technologies are
adopted by the different fields of the industry. There are certain advantages of using the
emerging technologies in the organization. One of the example of the using the emerging
technologies in the organization is the use of the e-commerce in the business organization
(Schnoll 2015). The main objective of this paper is to understand the different aspects of the e-
commerce organization that is adopted through the implementation of the technology. Apart
from that, it has been seen that with the use of the e-commerce technology in the organization
there are chances in the growth in the business.
The main objective of this paper is to understand the different aspects of the e-commerce
in the organization. The selected organization in this case is the local organization selling organic
products in the market. The company is local and has no existing e-commerce system. In order to
improve the business in a proper way, the organization is planning to adopt the e-commerce in
the business organization (Wang, Wan and Zhang 2016). It has been seen that there are certain
advantages the organization can acquire while the implementation of the e-commerce system.
Apart from that the organization may have to face some challenges as there is no existing e-
commerce system in the organization. In this case , the discussion is done from the different
perspective and the conclusion is drawn from the discussion.
Discussion
Background of the organization:
The selected organization is a local organic food supplier and the processor. The
functionalities of the organization is limited to the local neighborhoods. The organization is well

known for the good products and the innovative food items. However, the organization is
currently planning to expand the business from the outside of the locality. In this case, in order to
reach to the large amount of the consumers the organization is planning to implement the e-
commerce system in the organization. The implementation fo the e-commerce will help the
organization to reach to the large amount of the consumers and will help to meet the necessary
requirements for the business.
There are certain challenges those can be faced by this organization as there no existing
e-commerce system in the organization. Apart from that there is no technical experts for the
implementation of the e-commerce from the stretch.
Impacts of the organization
There are several impacts of the implementation of the e-commerce in the organization. It
can be said that through the implementation of the e-commerce in the organization, the organic
farm can present the products to the larger consumer base outside of the locality. Apart from that
there is a chance that the sales of the organization can be increased (Ljungholm 2016). Apart
from that there is chance that the organization can operate through the expansion of the business
and more revenues can be earned through the system. This will help in the overall expansion of
the business.
Apart from getting the larger publicity the organization can use the digital marketing
facility through the implementation of the e-commerce. This will encourage the consumers in the
organization to buy things from the website of this organization. Apart from that the buying of
the things and the products can be done at any time of the day. This will enhance the overall
flexibility of the purchasing system.

Apart from that the mitigation of the overhead cost can be achieved through the
implementation of the system. It has been seen that through the implementation of the e-
commerce system in the organization, the company can sell the products through the online
portal. In this case, the organization does not have to set up new branches at the different parts of
the city. Apart from that the consumers do not have to come to the shop to buy goods
(Valmohammadi and Dashti 2016). This will help to mitigate the overhead cost for the
organization. Apart from that the implementation of the e-commerce system in the organization
will also help to enhance the customer facility from the organization.
Managing the accountability can be done through the implementation of the e-commerce
system in the organization. It has been seen that the management of the data and information
along with the transaction data can be achieved through the proper implementation of the e-
commerce system for the respective organization food delivering company. This will also
maintain the security of the data and information.
Required transformation in the organization:
Some of the transformation is required for the organization for the proper development of
the e-commerce system in the organization. At first the organization has to adopt some name
through which it will operate through the e-commerce organization. Apart from that the
organization has to recruit the technical experts in order to implement the e-commerce system in
a proper way.

proper training is needed to be given to the employees in the organization.
Some of the problems related to the management and the organization can be faced by
the organic shop is that the employees in the organization may not support the changes in the
organization. It has been seen that most of the employees in the organization are generally not
inclined to the changes in the process (Sila 2015). The main reason for this reason is that the
employees in the organization are insecure about the changes in the management process and
they are afraid that they might lose the job after the implementation of the e-commerce system in
the organization.
In this situation, it is the responsibility of the organic farm to make the employees in the
organization understand about the need for the implementation of the change in the system.
Apart from that the organization needs to make it sure that all the employees in the organization
can get the proper training so that they can handle the newly implemented system.

there is a need for maintain the security of the mentioned system. It can be assumed that the e-

In order to make the visitors visit the e-commerce website of the organization, there is a
need for the proper generation of the traffic for the organization. The generation of the traffic
will also show the popularity of the products. As many visitors visits the website indicates the
popularity of the products (Wang and Wang 2016). On the other hand this will also indicate the
gap between the existing traffic and the required traffic for the respective e-commerce system in
the organization.
Providing consumer satisfaction is another point that has to be maintained by the
organization during the development of the e-commerce system. It has been seen that the

resources are needed to be made available so that the consumers can avail the products properly.

There are certain steps those can be carried out for the mitigation of the risks in the
organization. In this case, the steps are the followings:

context, it can be said that the proper implementation of the security can be implemented
through the proper security protocols.
ļ‚· Recruitment of the technical experts: In order to implement the overall system in a proper
way, there is a need for the recruitment of the technical experts in the organization. It has
been seen that as there is no existing e-commerce system in the organization, the
recruitment of the technical experts is needed.
