Implementation Plan
Implementation Methodology
The renovation project that is to be carried out for Royale Pizza shall be correctly
implemented in order to achieve the expected goals and benefits.
It is necessary that the implementation methodology for the renovation project is correctly
determined. The methodology selected shall be a phased methodology in which the entire set
of the implementation methods shall be broken down in to smaller pieces. The
implementation of these smaller pieces and sets of activities will be easy to carry out in
comparison with the implementation of the entire project at once (Sankaran, 2011).
Management Structure
The management structure that shall be followed in the project shall be functional structure.
There are four major stages that will be involved in the project as design, procurement &
delivery, construction, and installation & painting. The Project Manager shall be the resource
responsible for the handling and management of the entire project. The rest of the project
stages shall have a functional head that shall report to the Project Manager. The control of
these stages and the effective handling of these stages will be possible as a result.
Style & Culture
The implementation and work style and culture that must be followed by the resources
assigned to the project shall be collaborative. The resources shall be able to collaborate with
each other during the implementation process and such enhanced level of collaboration will
come from adequate reporting, discussion, and communication. The Project Manager shall
make sure that the members get an opportunity to interact with one another.
Authority Levels
The Project Manager and the Technical Manager will be the resources that will have highest
levels of authority in the project. The internal confirmations and approvals will be provided
by the Project Manager. The Technical Manager will look into the technical side of the
project, such as installation of the equipment as per the plan, and likewise. The changes and
their implementation will also be confirmed by the two managers. The changes in the duties
allotted, re-adjustment of the budget and schedule, and the communication mechanisms will
be managed and handled by the Project Manager.
