What is Cloud Computing
Cloud Computing allows companies to store their confidential and
valuable data to cloud based storages using the internet and many
applications used by the company can be stored in the cloud and
used without even installing it in every computer of the organization.
Due to the adaptation to cloud based system, the cost decreases
while the security and flexibility of the system increases.

Types
Several aspects of Cloud Computing
The basic concepts of cloud computing includes four main parts
which VideoDev needs to understand before implementing the
one which bests suits their purpose – Infrastructure as a Service
(IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service
(SaaS) and Desktop as a Service (DaaS).
IaaS – Cloud hosting is generally done here and a computer
infrastructure, a virtualized version, is used.
PaaS – Deployment of application testing and also support of
web-applications.
SaaS – Deployment and testing of the softwares, usually paid
one with the use of internet.
DaaS – Modified version of the SaaS and allows the access of
multiple applications at the same time.

Advantages of Adopting Cloud Computing
One of the main problems with VideoDev is the failure of many
pending tasks due to the absence of adequate databases in the
company datacenters. If VideoDev moves their platform into the
clouds, the rate of their efficiency in making production and
videography development will enhanced to a biggest extent.
Entire database and applications will be stored in the cloud servers
and as a result the staff of VideoDev can access them from anywhere
and the video processing softwares will also be updated (Almorsy,
Grundy & Müller, 2016). Along with this, the security of the data will
be maintained using cloud computing models.

IaaS vs. PaaS
IaaS – Infrastructure as a Service arrange for information, network, hardware and
equipment for the operations. The organization opting this service only needs to
maintain the hardware and all the devices to keep running the service. This will
allow the organization to work from any geographical location without even
installing any software in a system.
PaaS – Platform as a Service delivers both the hardware and software based
support for the organization and the employees does not need to adopt or install
any software or hardware in order to access or work on any data located into the
cloud server.

Dissimilarity between IaaS and PaaS
VideoDev
Organization creates video and they have almost 100 odd employees who will
adopt the change in the system.
Adopting to PaaS would solve this issue of
VideoDev and would also provide better
working opportunities for the employees.

Pros and cons of PaaS
By using the PaaS, the workers of VideoDev can get admittance
of the data anytime of the day and from anywhere and later
the price issue will also reduce by a great margin and due to
this the company can invest the funds in other business
operations. With the help of PaaS, the expansion and difficult of
original softwares that are developed can be done.
The data is stored in a off-site which might create a case of
data security when PaaS is applied. Everything on the existing
infrastructure might not be converted into cloud based system
and hence in such case the existing framework will be stored in
other applications.

CONCLUSION
The company is considering moving some
of its computer infrastructures into the
Cloud. They engage some advice from the
cloud computing related flexibilities and
reliabilities. This would include providing a
standard desktop to any device that their
staff may be using, as well as access to
office automation like word processing,
email, spreadsheet proficiencies, as well
as online storage for their files. The Board
wants the SDOE to be available on any
device that their staff use, whether they
are in the office, at family, or positioned at
a consumer’s office in the arena. The
main y the concept should be undertaken
from the videoDev board for this reason
they produced better quality video for the
cloud systems.
