wellness company using agile methodology. The report discuss that how this implementation

Introduction
In this report, Laureate wellness and health system is discussed. It delivers health
related services to the Australian population (Cookmyproject.com, 2019).The risk and
problems that comes to the company are overcome by implementing the Enterprise resource
planning system in the organization. To implement the strategic objectives of the
organization there is a need to change the present system. ERP is a software that is used for
managing the business (Ellison, Gibbs & Weber, 2015). To improve many back office
function that are related to the technology implementation. By implementing the ERP in the
organization the legacy in the software can be removed. The implementation of Enterprise
social networking can give a wide range of facilities like management of distribution process,
supplying a chain of management system, knowledge based service, facility for project
planning, the life cycle of the employee can be automated, standardization of business
procedures, meeting the business needs, lowering the costs of purchasing tools and managing
the different human resources. With the implementation of ERP, the potential objectives of
Latureae can be brought to reality. The variety of problems can be solved by the
implementation of ERP in a health and wellness firm such as reduction of operational cost
and storing many important data of the patient (Scott, Sorokti & Merrell, 2016).
Discussion
Implementation of ERP system to the Latureae management using agile
principles
With the agile principles, several steps can be taken to implement Enterprise Resource
Planning in the Latureae management:
1. The managers need to define the way they want for the function automation. The ERP
platforms are customizable and the input are given in a means of understandable

language. By implementing the ERP in Latureae management information can be
stored in various computer system and it can also increase the efficiency of the
process. ERP can be implemented for taking care of the patients of the organization
(Baig, Shah & Sajjad, 2017).
2. After the story is described with, the key processes using COTS (Commercial off the
Shelf) the availability to the user are checked of their chosen Enterprise Resource
planning system. There are many native functionality in the ERP platform “Out of the
Box” not a single is play or plug and many programming consideration are there or
Independent Software Vendors (ISV) that is needed to customize the use. If for the
implementation purpose, the Latureae is using a third-party consultant for determining
the outcome and concluded that weather this is fit for the organization or other
programs are required.
3. To deliver the segments that will end the implementation of ERP is determined by the
agile methodology. To solve the road blocks, develop new data entry strategies and
defining the way by which the modules can be customized for their business teams are
made with stakeholders and key staffs. To make sure that everyone is putting efforts a
short specific time goals is set for the teams and within that time they have to deliver
the segment of work provided to them. Every member in the organizational chart need
will able to do his or her work properly and timely. However some segments cannot
be subdivided into smaller team and this, create a problem in implementing the agile
methodology. The organizational chart of the Latureae is complex. The categories that
are enlisted in the chart can be subdivided so that quality work can be ensured
(Wachnik, 2016).
4. There is a team called scrum team that work together to meet the problems that arise.
They analyse and discuss the problem to develop a alternative method for

implementing the changes in the in the segments that are already delivered. By using
the date of delivery as the goal of the teams they are assigned some tasks that are
similar as “to do” list. There is a lack of team in the Latureae management who will
find out the errors that will be done by the subdivided teams. These teams can be
introduced using the ERP model (Wilson & Edgar, 2016).
5. As the result of the testing comes out the team work with that version of the outcome
that will meet all the requirements and will do the required changes to improve the
organization.. The last step of agile methodology is that a demo module is conducted
to ensure that there is no defect in the system result. Every team member and the staff
need to be clear about the module. This will increase the revenue earned by the
organization because there will be no failed module implementation and thus the
company will be protected from incurring losses (Nagpal, Khatri, & Kumar, 2015).
By using the agile methodology for implementation of the ERP provides several key
benefits like flexibility that ensures that the team will not only work to develop modules
but also follow the culture and resource limitation. Agile methodology also helps the
employees to adapt the changes that are brought up by implementation of ERP (Kaushik
et al., 2017). The main problem is the execution of the ERP project in the system, which
can be overcome by the agile methodology. This methodology also helps in developing
reports and metrics that help in implementing the protect according to the need of the
users. These methodologies helps in completing the project in lower cost and gives high
level of user satisfaction.

adoption in a wide range of organizations and industries over the years. The software of ERP

solutions to technology. Manufacturers are unable to afford to postpone an ERP
implementation as their competition invests in ERP and begins to reap the many benefits that
we will touch on below. The ERP helps to create a difference in the market as the technology
used is of high competence capability. It helps the organization to grow faster in the market.
The data inputs and management for the financial and organizational purpose is made easy

and faster. This additionally creates a good impact on the patients and customers creating a
good image of the health care organization. The Enterprise Resource Planning is expected to
maintain an employee skills level that grows the skill base through the methods of training
and mentoring. The ERP can improve the company's quality and efficiency (Sudhaman &
Thangavel, 2015).By keeping the internal business processes of a company running
smoothly, ERP can lead to better outputs that can benefit the company, for example in
customer service and production. ERP will provide a platform for employees to receive
numerous courses through online tutors to clarify and enhance their knowledge and skills.
Compensation management: All salary, incentive and performance based plans for accurate
management is managed by the ERP system. On-site hosting of the ERP system has a
significant impact on the use of electricity by a company. From server energy consumption to
the data center cooling system, hosting an ERP system together with the environment has an
impact on finance. Application and data hosting methods are more energy efficient and
reduce overall environmental impact while reducing electricity costs. By increasing market
share, it will maintain competitive edge. Operational goals will generate revenue and earnings
growth of 15 percent over the next 12 months with a sustained marketing approach. It will
reduce employee turnover by 25 percent through the introduction of a new employee support
program (Ruivo et al., 2013).It will increase developing social media campaigns, increases
online sales volume by 15 percent in the next 12 months. It will also reduce the cost of
maintaining. It will reduce the printing waste. Standard ERP business modules such as MRP
(manufacturing resource planning), SCM, FRM (finance resource management), CRM
(customer relationship management) and HRM (human resource management) need to be
integrated in order to get real time support data representation from the different
environmental sources that is affected by manufacturer activity (Venkatraman &Fahd, 2016).
It requires an integrative, holistic and comprehensive overview not only of the product and

Conclusion
The implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning in the Latureae
management, which is a health care related firm, will help to achieve the potential objectives
of the organization. The agile methodology adaption will help to bring the required changes
and help to customize the functioning of ERP segments. The process is collaborative and the
regularly conducting meetings, segment testing will help to achieve the target that is fixed by
the organization in less cost. Thus, the replacing the existing system with the ERP will help
