Data redundancy: There is duplication of customer data, which causes error in the data
entry.
Inventory inaccuracy: The major problem that the company faces is handling the inventory
on paper which is not integrated with both manufacturing as well as sales (Orna, 2017).
Low customer retention: The organization is not able to meet with customer’s demands on
time and improper decisions regarding retailing functions are taken.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System is used to make decisions regarding retail
