INTRODUCTIONHuman resource is one of the important elements for business organization in which theyhelps in attaining overall goals and objectives (Bacon and Voss, 2012). It helps in managing allthe workforce at workplace which leads in accomplishing its objectives in appropriate manner. Inthis manager play important role because they use various human resource techniques to satisfyemployees needs by eliminating all the issues which exist in the company. Along with this HRdepartment considered various task as well as activities to improve performance level of thecompany and which activities are management of compensation, performance, recruitment andselection and many more. By using this manager of the company easily determine people skillsand abilities as per company requirement. Present report is based on different institutes andcompanies case study. It will define that how different activities take place in Woodhill collage,Tesco and ITV.
