Introduction
In this report, the importance of corporate social responsibility in achieving the sustainable
objectives of an organization has been discussed in detail. In the competitive world, the
companies are struggling to extract the benefit of the constrained resources in addition to
extending the resources for the future generations so that they can also make their requirements
out of the resources. It considers the London Vision Clinic that aims to follow the corporate
social responsibility in its operation to implement the sustainable growth objectives. The policies
framed restrict the enterprises to prosper alone compromising the needs of the other companies.
This report emphasizes the management of the resources and planning of the different aspects of
cost, scope, time and communication among the various risk-associated policies. The
organization controls the allocation of resources and strategies the investments in respective
areas.

P1 Research Aim
The major aim of the research is to identify the different strategies adopted by the London Vision
Clinic for professing the social responsibilities of the organizations. It also considers the various
challenges and the relevant detailing that signifies the sustainable growth of the organizations.
Moreover, the focus of the organizations in maintaining the standards and innovate and optimize
its specific object oriented goals.
Research Objectives
The main objective that the research deals with is the need for effective policy analysis that
scrutinizes the need for incorporating the social welfare strategies in the operational scenarios.
The distinctive objectives of the study can be stated accordingly:
(a) To discuss the practice of critically accessing the need for enforcing the policies of
practicing the social welfare while operating business as part of the social responsibility
(b) To examine the need for involving in social responsibility work while maintaining the
operational benefit and abide by the strategic laws suggested for compliance with the
social duties of the organization

different communication methodology for performing the task of maintaining the
responsibility and support of the workforce for the same cause of welfare
(d) To review and recommend the various ways by the organizations for mitigation of the
challenges faced while practicing the purpose of maintaining the corporate social
responsibility in the London vision clinic for rendering health facilities for the social
cause
P2 Management planning
The corporate social responsibility of the London Vision Clinic aims at enforcing the policy of
practicing the social welfare by providing free facilities to the needy and the underprivileged.
According to Benn, Dunphy, and Griffiths (2014), the major factors that influence the working in
the respective cases involve the cost, scope, time, quality, communication methods, risk taking
ability and the resource utilization methods.
The management of the London Vision clinic aims at providing the share of the profit for the

Being the management consultant of the small-sized health organisation, named London Vision
Clinic after undertaking this t particular research I have understood the value of the research
work. The value of this concerned research work is that it has enabled to understand the
importance of the CSR activities within an organisation. I have understood that CSR is a
critical concept, which determines the process of improving brand image loyalty. Through this
concerned activities the organisation involves them the social reformative works which
make the customer of the organisation loyal towards the organisation. This activity also
includes the major involvement of the business organisation in environment-friendly t works. As
now-a-days people are more environment conscious the CSR activity relating to environment
can develop brand recognition and brand loyalty. I have conducted the both survey and
interview session for acquiring information regarding the research. While conducting the
interview session of the CSR executives, I have acquired knowledge regarding CSR and
business sustainability. I have faced certain issue in this as I had to wait for the executives
as they are much busy in their work. However, when we started the interview session they
were much polite with me and gave to me full cooperation to conduct the interview. On the
other hand while developing the survey session; I have learned to handle people and to
communicate with people in better way. However, the staff members of London Vision Clinic I
have experienced issues regarding time management. As the staff s were busy in their jobs and I
have to wait for the until they become free from their job. in spite of having certain issues have
acquired a e inspirational experience which will help t me improve the condition of our
company and increase its sustainability. through the data analysis t part takes too much time but
I have t go through each data which I have collected from both survey and interview session.
I believe that the research may have done in better way if I have been able to conduct the survey
session with few more employees of our company and the interview session with more
executive. It will help to acquire proper results regarding the CSR activities and business
sustainability. Thus overall the research experience was an informative experience for me and
I have acquire much knowledge about the CSR activities. I will use this collected information
in the development of the business growth and sustainable business objectives.
Conclusion
In this particular business, project the importance of implementation of CSR activities for of
business sustainability. In the first section of this report the major aim, objective and scope have
been discussed. In order to develop this business report as London Vision Clinic, a small sized
health organisation has been selected. The major aims and objective of this business report is to
ensure the requirements of CSR implementation in order to development business sustainability.
The period if the conduction of the research work has been developed. In the next section in
order to develop the research work, the data have collected. In order to collect data an interview
session of 3 CSR executives has conducted. In addition, a survey session of the 25 employees of
London Vision Clinic has conducted. in next section the entire data analysis has evaluated
and the major findings are being identified. some of the recommendations have through
which it will be able to implement CSR and acquire sustainable objectives. Finally, a
reflectivity has evaluated where the major learning outcomes of this research work and own
experience has demonstrated.
