INTRODUCTIONAt the international level, corporate social responsibility and sustainability are the mostwell-known and common topics that have become the major themes since last decade. In theglobalised world of today where firms in every industry are competing with each other, CSR andcorporate sustainability are resulting in creating an impressive momentum. However, firmsperforming CSR activities are gaining support from the side of government and investmentcommunity as well (Concept of Corporate Social Responsibility, 2014). It is significant for thefirms operating in the market to perform with high sustainability in order to run business in thelong run. Apart from that, now-a-days, firms are highly focusing on fulfilling the socialresponsibilities so as to stay in the market for longer duration. In this way, accountability oforganisations towards society has increased to a high extent. By performing CSR activities, firmsare keeping all its associated stakeholders highly satisfied. In the present report, there will bediscussion on implementing CSR activities within organisation to meet sustainable objectiveswith respect to Hilton Hotel, UK.TASK 1P1. However, their survival in the long run is an issue due to many new entrantsin the industry. This is the reason, in order to beat increasing competition, it is necessary forHilton Hotel to keep their stakeholders satisfied for which performing corporate socialresponsibilities is important (Hopkins, 2012). Apart from that, it is significant to run businessactivities in a sustainable manner as now-a-days, firms need to keep in mind the safety andwelfare of all stakeholders. Therefore, to stay in market in the long run and meeting sustainableobjectives, it is crucial for Hilton Hotel to perform corporate social responsibilities in aneffectual manner. Being in the hospitality industry, to keep employees satisfied to a high extent1
