Employee motivation is a tool that is very effectively used by organisation for purpose of
achievement of higher growth and development in business organisations. It is used by
organisation and there are many strategies that can be adopted for purpose of achievement of
objectives in the most effective manner. In every organisation, there is a requirement of highly
satisfied and motivated workforce who can willingly work for achievement of laid down
business objectives.

INTRODUCTION
This research is basically based on making a detailed evaluation of the research for
understanding the overall importance of motivating employees and what are the various ways
that can be used for the purpose of increasing the motivation level of employees (Avbar, 2016).
The present research work is conducted with the aim of understanding the outcomes of high
motivated workforce for a organisation and its effect on achievement of overall objectives of the
organisation. There is discussion with the help of literature review in order to understand the
view points of different writers and visitors with respect to this objective of the present report.
Further it is supported by the recommendations that have been drawn with purpose of suggesting
different ways that can help an organisation in achievement of their respective objectives.
Aims: “The major aim of the present report is to identify various ways that can help organisation
in motivating their employees’ Report on Aldi.
Objectives: The objectives of present research are mentioned below:
Develop an understanding of importance of employee motivation.
Determination of ways and various strategies that can lead to positive impact on
employee motivation

Determine some of the effective strategies that can help a organization in motivating their
employees?
Importance of Research
The present research work is conducted with the help of secondary research data that has
been gathered by taking into consideration the views of authors. It is a tool that is helping
organisation in developing an understanding of what is the basic meaning if term motivation and
how it is associated with the organisation (Fiaz, Su, and Saqib, 2017). It is also used for purpose
of developing what are various ways that can help a organisation in motivating their present
workforce. The whole research work is based in these two major objectives that have to be
achieved in the course of time period by the researcher that has been started in the research work.
