Introduction
According to me, the code of ethics act as a guide for the reinforcement of an
individual which would help him or her to shave his or her professional Social Work practice
in accordance with the current scenario. These codes convey the specifications for the
settings decision making framework and an imprint of the long standing development for the
addresses of the ethical issues and other associated considerations. The various ethical
practices are accepted in order to train oneself as per the emerging scenario and to face the
barriers against the defining of the values as well as the rigid principles in social working
areas. All in all they act as the stepping stones to the any social problem or issue (Brandford
et al, 2004).The reconciliation of any kind of conflict pertaining to the social issue between
the personal values and the requirements of the ethical profession and they made possible by
ascertaining the social working practices prevailing in the society so as to handle all the
ethical responsibilities to be set forth as per the guiding principles for the addresses of the
national as well as social programs in accordance with the professional code of conduct to
abide by the guiding principles as per the directives of and training.
I can declare myself fit for the following for the urban mission of Wayne State University
School of social work, because according to me I have the required challenges and potentials
that can work in accordance with the complex problems stated with the well-being tell them
as per the partnership programs within the urban mission. The overall strategy of the urban
research making process of the socially working practices as well as the policies pertaining to
the social welfare in order to make the promotion of the socio cultural and
economic jurisdiction about the well-being and facilitation of the poor as well as of sections

My thoughts on the social and economic justice issues says that these are the special focus

working leadership skills to organise the communities segments of the society and inculcate
the mode of engaged type of learning so as to predominantly innovate compete with the
various transformations that are undergoing in equipment of the urban issues and problems
associated with the administration with political framework. The professional social working
degree pertains to the whole hearted engagement against the social evils.
I own such talents and capabilities which can help me to work in the stressful environment in
order to shoot out the problems pertaining to the social odds and challenges such
as discrimination against the particular section of the society or any illegal conduct towards
the women section. I am always ready to confront these challenges by making the people
socially aware of the transformations that are undergoing in the existing scenario and uplift
there by informing the weaker sections about the technological innovations working practices
and advancement in the tools and techniques for betterment of the society.
The collaboration of the demands by the school, work, family and financial department can
be solved successfully satisfied by all the criteria and parameters relating to family demands
such as the time management and handling the socio-cultural issues arising at the day today
level. The workplace and the folk convince on the basis of feedback drawing their attention
towards the priorities which can be at times the work or even the inside the homes, all kinds
of diverse complexities that crop-up with the change in the pattern of existing demands of the
graduate studies of the current social problems along with their timely addressable resolutions
(Leone et al, 2010). The situation of the focal point during the engagement and the detailing
of the research made so as to project the scenario pertaining to the urban environment in
order to carry out successful working in the most complex scenario by managing workplace
as well as household engagements indeed. The idea of coping up with the cultural
differences in the society and the presence of mutual conflicts between the members of the

with the working practices which are socially oriented.
The admission statement, my academic details are that I want to go into the social work
program and I have not taken a gap. I am going straight into grad school. I’m a normal person
coming straight out of undergrad wanting to get my masters. I would like to discuss one of
the employment which was form of internship under the Urban Administration and
Development Authority in Bhopal. I had worked for about 3 months in that authority and
you to the misconceptions and other core members, regarding the validation of the data
collection and its secured record keeping, I was charged suspension against that illegal
happening that occurred during that period. I however manage to keep my temper down and
tried every effort to prove myself in front of the authorities. After the processing of the
suspension letter I was declared innocent after the production of the valid evidence social
ethics and code of conduct towards working in the organisation.
Conclusion
On an account of the past felony charges, it is my responsibility to inform authority about any
kind of situation which can lead to the criminal disclosure including the context as a rest and
other penalties. While presenting this situation I always keep my paperwork very strong in
order to provide any kind of evidence towards the validation of my own experiences and
other documentation registration so as to make the complaints against me illegal and flee over
from the unnecessary situations. The applicability of the charges with regard to the criminal
disclosure issue is validated by the production of authentic documents and witnesses with
regard to any kind of criminal imposition. I have worked for myself so as to keep these
arrangements prior to any investigation made by the organisation. Hereby, the declaration is
made keeping all records authentic and are subjected to further referrals.
