INTRODUCTION The environmental changes are crucial for each individual and country as it creates the cultural and natural aspects for business industry which can help to develop the business productivity and economical condition of country. The World Heritage Site is a lanThis is important for each individual to analysis the environment and know what trend is going on, businesses are established accordingly. The people is having different skills and knowledge which are used to introduced the develop the business performance and functions effectively. The cultural and natural heritage are increasing threatened with destruction not only by the traditional causes of decay, but also changing the social and economic conditions(Zhang, and et.al., 2017). The person should have proper details regarding world heritage that are used to showcasing and enjoying the free time period. As environment is bringing changes where government is playing important role by formulating regulations and legislations for the purpose of providing good experience to make their visits at different places (Groover, 2020). The current report covers a discussion about modern society should maintain world heritage sites that could influence the number of people and improve economic conditions. MAIN BODY The World Heritage sites could be explained as landmark and area where legal protections are intended to convention and administered by United Nations Educational, Scientific and cultural organization. The concept of World Heritage started after the Second World War when many unique cultural monuments in the world stated. The document in relation to Heritage adopted by UNESCO in 1972 and formally took effect in 1975 after having being ratified by 20 countries. The environment is changing day by day where it became important to individual to analysis the environment and comes to know what is happening around and how people are influenced to work effectively(Oomen, and Aroyo, 2011). Climate change is the defining issue which is running in whole environment as it affected the business productivity and profitability negatively. The heritages are showing the threatened by wildfires, floods, storms, and mass bleaching events that could create the risk for country to influence the number of people and affecting the productivity. It has seen that undeniable impact of climate change on culture UNESCO is working to build the country’s capacities and communities to prepare for the new environment (Erdogan, Rondi, and De Massis, 2020). It has seen that due to changing in 1
environment needs and wants of people is also getting to change where they want to spend their holidays by visiting different country and state. When people feels free and decide to spend their holidays at adventurous places then make the use of websites and images that can help to provide the right details and information regarding place and destination.The Heritage sites have been identified as having "outstanding universal importance" under the World Cultural and Natural Heritage Convention.As cultural and social activities are providing to individuals for the purpose of creating awareness and maintaining the higher performance. The types of sites are three such as cultural, natural, and mixed. The cultural sites involves hundreds of historic buildings and town sites that are important to bring new ideas and activities effectively (Maffi, 2014). This is equally applicable to monumental sculpture or painting. Natural Heritage sites are limited to those natural regions that provide excellent examples of the Earth's record of life or its geologic processes.This also provides ongoing ecological and biological evolutionary processes. The mixed Heritage are containing significance of cultural and natural significance. From the study it has determined that ratio of cultural and natural sites on the World Heritage places is roughly 3 to 1 (Chhabra, 2010). The process of site is to research the environment, identifying places and using sites to showcasing new places which could influence the number of people to visit other places. The nomination of property is independently evaluated by two Advisory Bodies mandate by the World Heritage convention. This could help to develop the country performance and productivity effectively(Artioli, 2010). This is important for each individual, group of people, and corporation to preserve the historical sites which could help to influence the people and managing all functions effectively. It has identified that in UK almost 33 sites are recognised as Heritages in current period and it look after places at nine UNESCO World Heritage sites (Bandarin, and Van Oers, 2012).The name of Heritages are Avebury, Wiltshire, Bath Assembly Rooms, Somerset, East Pool Mine, Cornwall, Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal Water Garden, Yorkshire, Giants Causeway, Northern Ireland, Hadrian's Wall and Housesteads Fort, Northumberland, Jurassic Coast, Dorset, Lake District National Park, Levant Mine and Beam Engine, Cornwall, and Slate Landscape of Northwest Wales affected the individual for the purpose of managing all economic conditions. The heritage buildings and sites are important to preserve historical sites such as it creates reflection of past, and provides essential information to trace the evolution of society as a civilisation(Harrison, and et.al., 2020). The buildings are also requiring diligent preservation, restoration, and conservation that could help to providing safe environment. This also helps to create social, cultural, and economic advantages for individuals for the purpose of bringing good performance (Kim, Whitford, and Arcodia, 2019). This is important for each country and state that their Heritage should be proper managed and attractive which could help to bring the new ideas and functions at the workplace and manage higher performance. If there is improper management, heritage tourism could lead to a lack of understanding and appreciation of the culture and heritage of the place in the wider community as a result of inadequate presentation (Solievich, and Ravshanovna, 2021). This creates the risk for each individual and group of people who have shared their information and supported to grow the functions. It can diminish the protection and conservation of cultural heritage overtime without the adequate information that could affect the economic condition. The heritage Sites has impacted positively on natural world Heritage that can be used to raise the funds for protecting natural areas, enhance local and tourist awareness of biodiversity and conservation issues and discourage local people from unsustainable livelihoods (Kozinets, 2019). The person should be focused over heritage economies by visiting the different places and country (Bridgewater, and Rotherham, 2019).This could help to make feed good to people and create good level of experience. The another impact of Heritage on tourism such as it creates the jobs, providing new business opportunities, helps protect natural resources, and improves the quality of life for residents. By using different Heritage in fresh environment people booking more destination and places to visit which could influence the number of people and get work done. To minimize the negative steps tourism industry needs to create the awareness between people, providing right details, managing and measuring Heritages sites and influencing people that could help to develop the performance (Lidelöw, Örn, Luciani, and Rizzo, 2019). CONCLUSION From the report it can be concluded that Heritages are using to offer different kind of places and destination which are used to develop the understanding and managing all functions. This is important for each individual to create their awareness regarding social, cultural and economic heritages which could be influenced to work effectively by attaining higher performance. 3
