highlighted through the proper placement of the information in a brief manner. Brevity will be
helping the organization in enhancing the information systems through the newsletters. The

macros in the systems, which has affected the structure of the newsletter and the auto –upgrade
option of the same. The assessment that was undertaken during the review of the newsletter
clearly exhibited the flaws in the same, which has affected the efficacy of the format to suit the
changing needs of the organization. On the other hand, the newsletter that was crafted by the
participant lacked a clear and presentable design. Presentable design helps the organization in
attracting the attention of the stakeholders to different aspects that leads the success factors of the
business. However, lack of proper design might fail to attract the attention of the chief
stakeholders and investors, which might affect the smooth functioning of the business.
However, the document was laid as per the norms of a particular standard for the creation of the
newsletter; the ill- presentation of the same has affected the proper functioning of the
management while making the stakeholders aware of the different features of the business. The
lack of suitable MACRO designing resulted to the partial design of the newsletter. The standards
that were laid down by the organizations for documenting the information in the newsletters is
not adhered by the creator which has affected the proper functioning of the systems as per the
requirements. The improvements in the design of the newsletter will be facilitated through
adherence to the different standards.
