AI Summary
This study emphasizes the importance of non-verbal communication and seating posture in the corporate world for better success. The study also found that people prefer to work alone rather than with others and height does not affect the preference for seated posture. Perceived autonomy is associated with lower preference for working in a conventional seated desk posture.

particularly because of the reason that this assist the person in analysing and understanding the
working in better and effective manner. In the modern working era it is very essential for the
person to understand all the seating posture, working pattern. This is particularly because of the
reason that when a person is having deeper understanding relating to these elements then this
will assist them in gaining success.
Currently the competition within the market is very high and for sustaining this, it is
essential to have good and advance skills and knowledge. Thus, for sustaining the competition it
is essential that person is having all these kind of skills and knowledge relating to non- verbal
communication and different types of other body postures.
H1- People preferring largest number of activity alone or with others
H2- Height people preferring for large number of activities by seated only of standing
H3- Difference between older and younger individual in preference for working in conventional
seated desk posture
H4- Perceived autonomy in workplace with lower preference for working in conventional seated
desk posture
METHODS
Participants
The participant is the one through which data is being gathered and used in the completion of
research. for the success of the research it is very important that the effective data is being used
in order to reach to some conclusions and prove the hypothesis correct. Hence, for this total of
206 participants were used for collecting the data and were recruited through Senator participant
emails. In addition to this, all the candidates participating in the researcher were remunerated
with £5.
Data
The data was collected with assistance of cross sectional observational design survey.
Procedure
All the collection of data was taken with help of online web platform and questions were asked
in associated questionnaire pdf file.

With the evaluation of the above data it is clear that on basis of chi- square it was analyzed that
maximum people agreed that surrounding alone is being preferred by maximum of the people.
This is particularly because of the reason that people are happy while surrounded alone rather
than with others. This may be because of the reason that people are happy and comfortable all
alone in comparison to others. Thus, it can be implied that maximum of the females are
preferring surrounded alone (Pallant, 2020).

Further with the analysis of the research question it is clear that when the analysis was done on
basis of height which people are preferring for the largest number of activities is seated only and
not seated and standing (Baarda, de Goede and Van Dijkum, 2019). Thus, this is particularly
because of the reason that when large number of activities need to be carried then people prefer
to be seated only as they can easily perform the activities while seated only.

With the analysis of the regression analysis it is clear that there is not much difference between
older and younger individual in preferring to seated desk posture. This is particularly because of
the reason that the seated desk posture is being liked by all the age group whether young or old
(Kitagawa and et.al., 2017). Hence, it is necessary for the fact that the age is not dependent over
the seating posture and this can be seen as significance value is 0.568 which is greater than
standard that is 0.05. thus, it can be stated that there is not any dependency of age and seating
posture.

DISCUSSION
With the above study it was evaluated that study outlines that there is proper and
effective use and requirement of the non- verbal communication and other related aspect. This is
particularly because of the reason that in corporate world it is necessary for the people to have
good command over the non- verbal communication (Ohlendorf and et.al., 2017).
With the different secondary sources, it was evaluated that use of non- verbal
communication is essential for the success of working life. With statistical data it is clear that
seating posture is not dependent over the age of the person. The reason underlying this fact is
that when a person is working in corporate world then they have to focus and follow the same
orders and working pattern which is being followed and applicable to each and every person
present within the company irrespective of their age. Along with this it was also analysed from
different research that most preferred seating position is alone rather than with others. This is
particularly because of the reason that when the people are working in a group then they prefer
seating alone and not with others. Hence, it is essential for the people that they must be having
all the necessary knowledge of non- verbal communication.
In the end it is concluded that the for working and sustaining in competitive corporate
environment it is essential for the people to have complete knowledge. This knowledge generally
involves the use of non- verbal communication techniques and complete and thorough
knowledge of the working. Thus, this study highlighted the fact that when people will work in
