the likely results of the social and behaviour norms concerning the behaviour. It aids them to
take initiative step of motivation so that each employee of the organization can get motivated to
accomplish the task. There are various theories which may impact the attitude of the employee
within an organization such as scientific management, human relations approach, decision
making approach, system approach and X and Y theory. These theories have significant and
attractive concepts which will be helpful for the organization and the manager to enhance the
productivity of the employee (Lin and Cheng, 2017).
Attitude is important for the person because it defines the personality and skills of an
individual in perfect manner. Work attitude behaviour refers to the ‘feel’ area of the work. it
shows that how an individual is desperate towards his work. There are two type of attitude such
as positive attitude and negative attitude. It is essential for an individual to identify the negative
attitude right away as it hampers the growth and development. As it has been learned that how to
treat good, likely it is possible to unlearn the bad attitude and develop new and positive ones.
Scientific management is the technique which focuses on to make effective job within the

strong about complete the task. Attitude is important for success because it enhances the
productivity of an employee by creating the positive environment. These theories may be applied
in the setting of the organization by evaluating the skills and specialties of the employee in the
particular field. Manager of the organization should use his attitude to categorize the team and
divide the work as per their collaboration. It will enhance their interest towards work and task
will be completed within time frame (Colquitt, Lepine, Wesson and Gellatly, 2011). Human
relations approach is effective approach that focuses on the needs and requirements of the

as cooperation between the behaviour and goal oriented behaviour that does not be considered
objective achievement. The environment of organization can be improved if the manager of
allows other employee to share their views and ideas for the planning of the organization. it will
ensure them that they are the part of the organization (Miner, 2015).
Attitude keeps importance in the business because it rubs off potential customers,
existing staff and clients of the business. Positive attitude will be communicable and those
around who would carry attitude in positive manner. It will enhance the performance of the
business. Negative attitude bring the de-motivate environment and it give result in the form of
bad performance (Nguyen, Charity and Robson, 2016). System approach is another approach
which is considered in the organizational behaviour. It measures the behaviour of organization in
the form of function of input, run in the system and provides efficient output. It involves the sub
system in it such as management, maintenance, human and resource, financial and project
management. They give support to the organization such as coordinating with the entire system,
provide clerical and admin support and give ideas to bring innovative change within the
organization (Benn, Dunphy and Griffiths, 2014). The attitude of an individual can be affected
by the X an Y organizational theory. Theory X refers that employee of the organization are
having the nature of negative attitude. They tried to being irresponsible and passive. These are
the bad habits of them that prevent to do best work. Theory Y assumes that people are ready to
do work and have the positive attitude towards the work. These tendencies bring them at peak
level. This organizational behaviour theory can be applied in the organization by keeping
procedure of rewards and punishment (Healy, 2016). It will motivate employee and the
employee who have the tendency of X theory can be able to accomplish the work if they get
certain benefits or rewards to achieve the target.
Organizational Commitment is able to make satisfied employee towards job. There are
various factors which is necessary for the job satisfaction. These factors are support from higher
authority, involving in the decision making, promotion, appraisal, rewards and recognition,
health and safety environment and good interrelations but due to some issues job satisfaction
cannot get completed. Potential organizational situation can be communication, size of the
organization, competition, management style, reward system, staff differences, power, social
factor, employee relationship and interdependent relationship (Gafar, Yusoff, Kasim and Martin,

2015). Poor communication between employee and employer can be the major reason of
conflicts. Improper information regarding task can enhance the conflicts and employee can be
de-motivated and it may effect the attitude of the employee. The involvement of management in
communication should be done in an effective manner. Message and information should be
conveyed in clear and concise manner from both employee and employer side (Kinicki and
Kreitner, 2012). Size of the organization can be other potential issue for the organization. The
lengthy channel of management can bring the misunderstanding and distract employee from the
goals. Organization should distinguish department with specialized head in each department. It
will reduce the time cycle of reaching the information to the right people. Lack of motivation
brings the political maneuvering in the organization. Organization can remove this issue by
motivating each employee and divide the team to achieve the particular task. It will enhance the
cooperation and the relationship between the employees will be stronger (Luthans, Luthans, and
Luthans, 2015).
Manager in the organization should care about the organizational commitment with
employee. Management has various styles such as autocratic, participative and many more which
can be the reason of conflicts for the employees. Participation by the employee in the decision of
the planning for organization may lead in to the frustration situation and ultimately conflict
manifestation. The autocratic management can also be the reason of frustration of the employees
because it would not be good for the employees to do work only as per instruction. At that
condition they want to be participative in the decision making. In that situation, the involvement
of management should be perfect so that one could not get disappointed (Cornelissen and
Cornelissen, 2017). Manager need to conduct the meeting and have conversations with everyone.
Motivate them to share their views and ideas, as per the decision of management and majority;
one’s ideas should b implemented. It will help for brainstorming. Reward system should be
decided by the management at certain level. Personal difference can be the cause of conflicts in
the organization. Manager need to conduct fun activities which will be helpful for the
organization to make better relationship with each other (Montano and Kasprzyk, 2015).
Independents relationship is the situation which refers the dependency of one person or team to
other. It can be a momentous source of argument if it is superficial that the attainment of work
goals is being disadvantaged by the other person or groups. Manager can be involved in this
issue by stopping the involvement of other team member in to another.
