operative goal will be to develop a strategy for establishing,

requests in a unified, central tool to provide effective
multichannel support, the organizational goal will be met,
supported by successful operative goals.
To increase accountability and productivity:
When employees in a company have good communication skills, they are more likely to
hold one another accountable.
For example, Wheelie has a lot of projects going on at the same time that needs to keep
track of. EPN may enable us to do so while also holding all employees accountable for their
