IMPORTANCE OF COORDINATE COMPOUNDS IN NATURECoordinate compounds are chemical compounds thatcontaincomplicatedionsthatarepromptlyobtainableto make complicatedcoordinate bonds, hence, they'reknown ascoordinatecomplicated. These ionswilleither be anions or cationsandtherefore thecoordinatecomplicatedareshapedfrom the reaction of Lewis acid and basereactionswhereverneutral molecules (ligands) bonds to central metal atom by coordinatevalencybonds. Properties of coordination compounds and complexesarecompletelydifferentfromthe conventionalmetal atoms or ions and ligands fromthatthey'reshapedfromand this makes them distinguishable[ CITATION Zha14 \l 1033 ]. LigandsareLewisbasesthatcontaina minimum ofonecombineof electrons topresentto a metal atomorparticleandalso areknown ascomplexing agents. Metal atoms/ionsareLewis acidswhichmaysettle forthe pairs of electrons from Lewis bases. Transition metalstypecoordinationcomplexesthanks totheir high charge to massmagnitude relationand thereforetheavailablenessof d-orbitals. Coordination compounds, thanks totheir propertieshaveprovedto beimportantin nature as seen in their usefulness in plants and animals, soil, air,and reservoirs[CITATION Hor08 \l 1033 ].Kazuo (2009) observed that coordinate compounds have become part of the plants, animals andorganisms’ part of life as they help in various important processes ranging from food processingto respiration. Porphyrin and its ring-related coordinate complexes are very important for plantsand animal as they are involved in various catalysis and chemotherapy processes. Examples ofthese Porphyrin ring-related compounds include Heme, Hemoglobin and myoglobin,Cytochromes and iron-containing enzymes, Chlorophyll and Corrin complexes which all havedifferent functions for different organisms or plants and animals. These complexes according to[CITATION Kaz09 \t \l 1033 ] aid in everyday plant and animal functioning without which they maynot function well.Heme is one of the components in hemoglobin, cytochromes, myoglobin and various otherenzymes and it is where oxygen binds in both hemoglobin and myoglobin. The difference ofheme in part of this other complexes is proteins surrounding them[CITATION Say10 \l 1033 ]. Inplants, heme is attached to the chlorophyll which is an important pigment for light harvestingwhile in animals heme is attached to hemoglobin in the blood which is responsible for thetransportation of oxygen to various parts of the body. These two processes are vital to plans andanimals respectively[CITATION Say10 \l 1033 ].Chlorophyll is one of the complex compound consisting of ring-shaped tetra-dentate ligand(porphin) which is coordinated to a central magnesium ion which helps it in the process ofphotosynthesis. Photosynthesis is the processes by which plants manufacture their own foodusing carbon dioxide and releases oxygen as a by-product. This processes, therefore, becomesimportant for both plants and animals as animals use oxygen for respiration. Heme attached inchlorophyll helps in oxygen transportation. Transitional metal buildings are likewise utilized asenzymatic synergist exercises such as Vanadium mixes are utilized in halogenation of naturalsubstrates in halo-peroxidases and nitrogen obsession. Nitrogen is an important component for
