Furthermore, company facing internal issue that is related with its employees. For reducing the same, management of the company undertake an effective experiment that help in understanding employee behaviour at workplace and at the same time also take appropriate steps to increase their effectiveness. This may help in improving employees’ performance within the organization that contribute in enhancing positive brand image at market place. As, it is necessary for research worker to use proper method to effectively accumulate data for making reliable and valid decision that contribute in resolving issues and keeping research more successful (Henker, Sonnentag and Unger, 2015). Types of investigation For undertaking research activities, it is essential for researcher to effective use the correct method because it help in providing better direction in which entire research will be conducted. This can be in qualitative, quantitative and mixed method as well. On the other side, quantitative research is based on proving the theories that aid in gathering relevant and authentic information. In this data is also gather by survey method to effectively analysis the actual information about the research topic. In this research, mixed method has been used as it will support in accumulated collected information and at the same time also includes perception of human behaviour. By this, investigator can easily attain positive and reliable results at the end of the investigation. For this research, expert will use Interpretivism research philosophy that help in employ multiple option or method to appropriately evaluate the issue within the research. Along with this, it also an effective method for providing qualitative report in whole research activities. Data collection method It is an important aspect of the research methodology that help researcher in gathering data and at time same measuring sources in an effective manner. By using this, investigator can improve the chances of collecting effectual data about the research topic. In includes two type of sources such as primary and secondary. Both sources provide support in undertaking research activities in an effective manner. In this, both methods used by researcher execute research activities. Data sampling It is kind of statistical technique that applied by investigator to select respondents from the whole population. This considervarious method such as Probabilistic and Non-Probabilistic sampling methods. Both are help in selecting respondents for gathering relevant data and information. In this, probabilistic sampling is a method in which every elements gets equal chances to be selected on the other side, in non-probabilistic sampling method every elements do not get equal chances to be selected. In the current study, researcher will use probabilistic sampling method in which all the respondentsgets an equal opportunities to be selected for the research (Kauppila and Tempelaar, 2016).
