evaluated that in this research concluded a qualitative research tool and this is used for
conducting the research in an appropriate manner. The investigator used accumulation of data
and information through analysing several theories and hypothesis that are considered. This is
defined as the most essential approach for the qualitative analysis. The researcher used
interpritivism philosophy which is helpful for evaluating the opinions and views of different
authors. Moreover, I have done a particular investigation for working in both primary as well as
secondary source for collection of data. The various secondary sources used by me to collect the
data is books, journals, newspapers, published research articles etc. Are applied to conduct
literature review in effective manner. The different primary tools used by me in completing this

approach that could help its staff in maintaining the requirements of customers based on current
trends. This might aid in sustaining in the market for a longer period of time (Ruiz Estrada,
